I had minimal problems during my tenancy with them as my flat was in ok condition. There were problems with the tap and fridge that were constantly reported, promised to be completed but never fulfilled. The major issue was obtaining the deposit from them. It took so many calls, emails and a dispute with mydeposits. They constantly promised to send back the deposit but it took me 6-7 weeks to get it back and 3 months for my ex housemates to get it back! Not on at all.

iForHomes/Hancock and Bentley took almost 3 months to return my deposit for a room in Heritage Hall Lodge in Sheffield. This was after 10+ ignored emails and countless ignored phone calls. Eventually the deposit was returned after intervention by the deposit resolution service mydeposits.com. Terrible, discourteous agency, do not use.

Terrible letting agent DO NOT USE
Terrible letting agent DO NOT USE! This agent refuses to give deposits back. They failed to fix lack of lighting, Wi-Fi not working, homeless people entering the flats, fixing broken lift and the ensuite was filthy on arrival. We had to fight to get any of the deposit back. (Also known as Hancock and Bentley).
