I commissioned igist.co.uk to build a custom aquarium, Communication has been terrible, 4 weeks into the (so called) build I was approached for more money... Then the company disappeared no email response and the websites down... Don't do any business with this company. I'm still £600 in the hole!

Where is my fish tank order number is 5623 I placed it on the 14th may 2021

Bought my aquarium for 270 euros, 3 months later still nothing. They wont send my money back and no aquarium. I have saved all my email contsct with them and they where very quik to responed when i asked about shipping etc but when they got the money everything stopped. Dont buy or do it on your own risk

I placed an order and paid in full on 27th November 2021. I received an acknowledgement email saying delivery would be in two weeks… it was ordered for a Xmas present… I’m still waiting for it to be delivered and for a reply to any of my emails/ what’s app messages. I explained if it was not going to be here for Christmas that it was fine but could they say when roughly… nothing still. Appalling service… not one reply!!!… I’m going to go to trading standards next week to complain as I want a refund!!

Don't know what all these Negative reviews are about they look like Spam or deliberate sabotage. I purchased my 250L tank a while back and I couldn't be happier, IGiST where in constant communication with me from beginning to end, I received my Tank exactly when planned and the build quality is excellent.

Scam!!!!!!! Do not buy what a terrible time I have had with this company, and Igor Sułkowski the guy of Facebook and I’m guessing the brains behind this scamming Operation.!

I would like to say that .. igist aquariums have had a stack of problems this year from a transport accident causing damage to tanks coming to UK then had problems with paperwork to get aquariums in to the uk ..yes these are made in Poland and then shipped ..Igor sulkowski is a honest hard working man who ran into difficulties ....he isn't a scammer and doesn't rip people off.....I received my aquarium eventually and am sure everyone else will too..I have had a number of aquariums from him in the past and he has always delivered on time. I will say he's comuncation isn't very good ..but the quality of his aquariums are first class...his prices are very competitive ..so IGOR Sulkowski owner of igist . isn't a scammer .he is honest and hard working ...and this year's delays was not his fault ..he is back on track now and I have every confidence in buying from him again as his quality of aquariums speak for themselves.

I have ordered a fishtank and until now I haven’t got anything from them i send a lots of emails and WhatsApp already but nothing reply . I need my money back .guys if anyone how to get refund to this please let us know as we have been waiting long time and we had enough and no longer to wait for this tank as they dont even know how reply now its too obvious thatwe all got scam by this named IGOR.

Ordered a tank 4th of august and since have received no information as to how long I will be waiting. Meanwhile all other reviews at the time were good suggesting it takes 3-4 weeks. I’ve had no contact since placing my order and still haven’t received my tank. I WOULD NOT ORDER FROM THIS MAN!!

Igist. To your last reply. Nothing you say can sway or interest me. I’ve sent you an email. Igor. It would be polite if you answer it. I want my money back. Stuff your tanks. Ordered since spring and sweet F all. One way or the other I will get my £470 back. If it’s the last thing I do. And as previous. Your tanks are no longer required or of use to me. My consumer rights are valid. The time frame is well and truly past. And your obligation is to refund on request. So sort it out once and for all. And stop taking the pis** out of people. Who work hard for their money

I ordered a 850l tank of them. I have had the tank for a couple of months now and the cabinet is warped so the tank is not sitting on the stand properly there is gaps where the cabinet doors are . I have tried emailing them lots of time for 4 weeks or more and they have not gotten back to me to sort the problem out

Got my tank about 7 months ago, 200l with glass lid, beautiful tank and had no issues at all. The company were responsive with emailing to tell me the date it would arrive and let me know about delays due to covid.

Absolutely amazing tank, got a custom tank made its 1700 long for my african cichlids, delivery was on time and the tank was in perfect condition, definitely recommend, will be purchasing from igist again.

I have ordered my fish tank around 6-7 months ago. I received it within 3 weeks. Im completely happy with it. Nice optiwhite clear glass just look amazing.

I've ordered my fish tank in January this year and they have let me know straight away that there were delays in orders, which I didn't mind too much (there are delays on everything since covid), I received my tank in about 3 weeks.
Looks like they are a small business and make the tanks to order, they are probably struggling a bit to make them fast enough. But they are definitely not scammers. I am very happy with my tank, and the price was best I could find and worth the wait.
