was ignored on customer service and had to message loads to hear a reply, they’re overselling fish tanks and can’t keep up with the demand, ordered mine around 3 weeks ago and they do not contact you to say if there are issues. Currently getting a refund and buying the same tank on amazon

Igor and IGIST are a legitimate company, they are currently struggling through a midst of a Pandemic, Brexit which has affected glass supply and transport, Communication and Website malfunctions.
Please use the companies mobile number to communicate directly via WhatsApp. Igor has always replied swiftly and always been honest about my purchase from him.
I will update the review when I have received my tank hopefully by next week. This will have put the turnaround time of around 4wks. Still much quicker than other companies who average 8wks-16wks.

Very happy with the purchase! The waiting time for the delivery was according to expected time. Confirmation email came through into the Junk box but everything was there. Definitely will purchase more!

I have write this email not to criticize their product but to tell those people who are viewing the bad reviews now that their website are not working properly so u can't email them or call them from phone. what I suggest u do is using the phone number in the contact detail and open up your WhatsApp, then sent them a message cuz they will respond to u.

I am waiting for 2 weeks and no one contacted me for delivery. I tried to call them and sent several messages but no response at all. It is looking that they are not existing or fake company.
11.5.21 After I was contacted I was promised for Thursday delivery (6th May) but it didn't happen. Meanwhile, no one is responding to my calls and messages. I requested a refund and if it not going to happen I will take legal actions.

This company is a scam! They are not contactable and it’s been weeks but my item hasn’t been delivered and I haven’t heard (anything at all). All the good reviews are just fake, to trick people into this scam.

The UK recognises they are currently struggling in a virus plague through the midst of a post-Brexit reality. So Glass company supply and transport, Communication and Website malfunctions are struggling.

My aquarium came damaged and I have been trying to contact the company several times for replacement and they have ghosted me completely. They have no phone number that works.
They also refused at start to replace my aquarium, as a black smudge/scratch over the glass is not considered a damage to them. I sent them a video with trials to clean it and nothing works. I am still waiting for replacement and for a reply to various of my emails.
I was promised a swap (if I can't fix the glass) that never happen and doesn't seem will happen... as they just ghosted their customer.
Completely incompetent and now a waste of money (I bought a very large aquarium)!
So disappointed.
Don't advise anyone to order anything from this company. It is unethical and you'll end up losing!

After a long debate with myself I have decided to change my review and I will be giving two stars. Igist as a company needs to be more open with their customers as the way they have handle the recent pandemic was far from adequate, A simple email or announcement on their website letting customers know that things will be delayed due to a low work force. Having little to no communication is very worrying for customers, admitting mistakes is key to having a honest company image but due to the lack of management of the situation this has annoyed a lot of people and damaged their image. I understand what the company Is going through as I'm a key worker. But a heads up to people who are giving their hard earned money to them is all that can be asked. Not after purchase, it should be advertised that they cannot live up to delivery standards on their website. It may effect sales but it will help their image and customers appreciate honesty. Not loose answers or false promises that I recieved, they need to get their act together in the nicest way, and they may save a bit of face with all the negative reviews from the rightfully angry customers. I cannot speak for the product as I got a full refund because I waited a month for my aquarium and could no longer wait. So my review is based on my customer service experience and not the quality of the tanks.

I have updated from a two star to one star as I do not appreciate being called a "bad person" or competition. How dare you IGIST these are hard working people you are stealing from. your unprofessionalism knows no bounds.
As for fake reviewing I think you need to be looking a little bit closer to home with your "5 star reviews" seems pretty suspect to me baring in mind the general consensus.

Easy straightforward website and easy to order and pay. Not a lot of email correspondence for delivery dates or confirmations etc. Still awaiting delivery after almost 4 weeks, should be here next week.

We ordered a tank around 4 weeks ago and it said it should arrive around 2 weeks. We received no email confirmation and igist has not replied to any enquiry emails. It's highly likely they are a scam and many others are reporting similar experiences across the past week. If you do buy, use a credit card just in case. SCAMMERS

Ordered a tank on 10th of march still hasn't arrived, currently 5th of April. Contact been customer and sellers is poor, real lack of communication and struggle to seem to know what situation my £300 tank is in. Would not reccomend at all (potential scam site)

Definitely not a scammer. Tank arrived today..driver was immensely helpful and helped into the house. Unlike any of the main dealers who dump the pallett on your drive way and leave. The tank is exceptional quality and value for money is extraordinary.

Brilliant service, the tank looks great and has been filled. The added bonus of some small ledges inside at the top on the front and back. Delivery was pretty quick as my order was made to size, wrapped very securely and the delivery driver was very friendly - I was informed of my delivery slot by email which was a great help to get the space prepared. For the price my new 4ft tank is amazing quality. Would certainly use again, 5 star service and great turnaround time from production to delivery (Just less than 2 weeks).

Ordered the tank and was given a delivery time of 7 days a couple days after that I received an email stating it would take 16-20 days for the tank to come I was not happy. So I waited anyway and now it's coming up on 30 days without a tank I have tried constantly to get in contact over many different ways and recieved nothing I would not recommend ordering from here

Great product, delivered efficiently..

After waiting weeks and not getting any reply from emails my tank arrived Friday 12th March first impressions was good it looked great looked even better once set up on Saturday this was short lived as awoke Sunday morning to a large crack down the back of tank and water everywhere the crack is where the heater was placed but being a tropical tank should not cause this now I'm going to fight for them to collect the 3 day old tank and issue a refund
