Still haven’t received my order nearly 6 weeks on or even been given a date when it will be delivered. I’ve contacted them nearly 15 times trying to get an eta most of time I’m ignored or given a vague date like ‘next week’ which then comes and goes.

Fully appreciate COVID is impacting businesses, all I ask for is an accurate delivery date even if it’s a while so that I don’t have to constantly chase to find out what is happening.

I would not advise anyone to use this company.

5 star for quality and price and the delivery service but 0 stars for customer service. customer service aside 5 stars it is a legit company I nearly contacted my bank for a fraud refund because there’s litterally no customer service worrying but it did arrive and it’s really nice so thanks I wouldn’t order again personally I like to be kept informed and to be able to speak if needed. But ad recommend to others who don’t mind 0 communication and a good low price tank

60" Aquarium arrived today, quality looks good. Took 25 days from order to delivery which in pandemic times is good. Glad my adult son was here to help delivery driver..

The aquarium and prices are very good. However with the current climate of the pandemic obviously production was slowed. Which isn’t a problem but these delays weren’t communicated. Better communication is needed.

Aquarium was very good quality and arrived in a week as stated on my email confirmation, very satisfied. Only wish I was notified a day or so before arrival but didn't matter to much. Very Good service for the price

The aquarium is great, however delivery was delayed and took a few weeks.

While I can not complain at the quality of the aquarium, my order was two weeks late, they came to deliver, I had accidentally put down an old address so they came to deliver to a new one, I wasn’t in, and they said they couldn’t redeliver so they left it with someone I didn’t know who was half an hour away and I had to collect myself!

Delivery was put back due to situation at present. I emailed twice during the wait for delivery and if took a time for Igist to come back to me. Maybe an update before your customer has to contact you would be nice. However, I do understand the reason for delay.

Seems a good quality tank iv just got the 200liter curved one and it looks great, cant wait to fill it and get something in it eventually 🙂!

Very happy with my tank - bought for a hamster not aquatic animals, but it is made of good quality, strong glass and the silicon sealant is neat. I bought a very large, heavy tank and the delivery man carried it into the room for me.

The aquarium is top quality product and it's not overpriced. They deliver the aquariums themselves to ensure quality through the process. That part was a game changer for me as I had no option of telling the courier to wait till I check the aquarium. I had to wait just shy of three weeks for it due to the pandemic but that is totally understandable and I wasn't in a hurry. Also I was kept informed.
Unfortunately I still haven't used it as I'm still trying to buy other stuff for my aquarium and the pandemic/brexit is making it difficult. But that's separate issue.
Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

This tank is great and my black moor has a lot of space to mooch around in it, the tank was excellent value for money and I was kept up to date along the way with every process. It was delivered with care and within the time stipulated. Yes very impressed.

Tank is OK - nothing special, seems a bit flimsy to me but will probably be fine.

Customer service is awful.

Rarely replys to emails / website messages.
My tank took 2 months to arrive which was not what was advertised. I was told that larger and apparently more important orders were being made so they couldnt make mine. I was also told that the delivery van was broken down a week before Christmas so I would have to wait a day or two for it to arrive, the tank then turned up at the end of January.
