Great tank, poor communication on delivery details.
I was told the tank was ready for despatch but was also told i would get an email the day prior with a 1 hour delivery slot. The last 2 emails were not sent or not received to warn me which day or what time it would arrive.

Amazing tank & great value
Amazing tank & great value. There was communication but it was slow, and barely on time each time it was needed. Okay for me but some would be frustrated or worried about this.
Like I say though delays were communicated eventually and product is fantastic!

While the tank was delayed by a week or so, understandably (delivery vans broken down) the communication was great and tank arrived in great condition.

Best tanks for your money just be patient worth the wait.

Highly recomended tanks i bought a 375l bow front and it is a lot of tank for the money A++++ Sellers

IGiST opti white aquarium and cabinet
I've ordered with IGiST opti white aquarium with cabinet just before Christmas.
The communication and service were excellent with updates sent on delivery progress.
Both products arrived very quickly, wrapped and in immaculate condition. The couriers were so helpful to bring it in which made whole experience even better.
Great, top quality product. Highly recommended!

Aquarium finish really nice quality
Aquarium finish really nice quality. Slight delay in delivery ( but I did order in the run up to Xmas during a global pandemic!!!) but responded to all my questions really quickly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered a tank from them but it didn’t come when they said it would so asked for a refund.

I did not cancel my order they did not deliver and I had to go through PayPal to get a refund.

I bought this item for my axolotil. the quality of the tank is excellent, It was delivered on time and well wrapped so no problem with a possible break.
I would recommend this aquarium which I thought was well worth the price both for quality and service.

Excellent aquarium (not a kit)
I ordered a new aquarium (63L open top)-- just the aquarium. The aquarium is excellent as described, and allowed me to set up my aquascape and use my own choice of filter, light, etc. Now happily inhabited by over a dozen plants and a small school of fish.
