I got my tank at the beginning of 2021, it's now September and I've had no faults. They communicated to me about the delay they were having at the time, when my tank was shipped and estimated delivery. Will purchase from here again!

I ordered an aquarium from IGist a few months back and was amazed at the quality of the tank I received. I ordered a 112 Litre tank for my home and couldn’t be more pleased with the product and also the customer service and updates for when my tank would be delivered whenever I contacted them. The tank is still going strong today and makes a happy home for my plecos, mollies and my betta. Couldn’t recommended IGist more. 5 stars.

Everything arrived on time and well packaged,driver was very helpful,even though it was kerb side delivery due to covid,my front door is very far from the kerb and he helped me to get it to outside the building tank was a budget tank but well made,no leaks,and fish are very happy in their new larger home!

Ordered a 200 litre tank for a good price. It arrived in just over a week and is now home to my three Goldfish.
The tank quality is good and the delivery was good as well. Lots of negative reviews unfortunately which look to be a random attack on the company. I can confirm IGIST are not a scam company and genuinely are delivering quality tanks.

Aquarium is good quality and exactly what I asked for… delivery took a little longer then expected but at the time was in a lockdown and was kept up to date through the Facebook messsenger so was kept in the loop of the delivery

Great product, delivery was a little slow but it was during covid, tank is so good we have ordered additional one, would recommend over buying one in store anytime

Really well priced. Delivered three days after I made the order. Delivery driver helped me bring the tank up the stairs.

IGIST's replies to the negative reviews about undelivered orders tells you all you need to know about the company. They have accused me - and others - of posting false and "sensual" (??!!) reviews, which apparently only "bad people" and "competitors" post. If IGIST had bothered to check my review name against their order records, they'd know I'm not a random "bad" person, but a customer who ordered a £170 tank back on 29th June. It was never delivered and my repeated emails remain ignored. The matter is now with credit card provider, and I'll hopefully get my money back eventually, because the credit card company agrees that IGIST are blatantly in breach of contract here.

By the way, it is interesting that around the same time IGIST wrote identical replies accusing us of posting false negative reviews, the review website suddenly got awash with glowing reviews from satisfied customers. I wonder which ones are false. From my experience, certainly not the negative ones.

Perfect company done every thing as I ask better price than competitors and better quality perfect company for the job !!!!

Great product at a great price!
I recently purchased a custom size aquarium that I needed to fit an existing cabinet. Igor was very helpful in recommending the right glass for my size aquarium and also let me make the changes I wanted. The aquarium arrived in perfect condition and was a perfect fit for my cabinet. It also came with a free foam protector! I can’t fault the product, the price or the company. Thank you IGiST.

This company is fraudulent, i placed and i order at beginning of August, heard nothing, not email, no refund, i have now brought this claim with paypal. DO NOT USE THERE A SCAM

I am not a competitor. I had waited weeks for a reply regarding my order. I emailed. I fb messaged. Nothing. Luckly paid via PayPal who refunded. You have many bad reviews so it says something about your company. Again please don't use them

Hi I bought a tank from here previously and I was very happy I got my 240l tank witching two weeks and I am very happy with it I bought a second tank last month on the 30th of July this time a 400l tank but I don’t seem to be able to contact them any more as the phone number provided is no longer in use I get no reply by email and now I can’t seem to access the web site at all I am worried the company has shut down and I won’t get my tank or a possible refund I’d be happy with ether but preferable the tank if any one knows anything please let me know I wasn’t given an order number ether which also has me concerned as last time I got one

I strongly recommend not buying anything from this business.

I had issues with my payment, which I figured out was due to so many people reporting the business as fraudulent. The owner got in touch on Whatsapp in seconds after the first payment bounced back to organise a payment through paypal. I didn't think much of it and processed the payment.

I got a confirmation my order will be processed in 5-16 days. By day 14 I have sent 4 emails, left numerous Whatsapp messages asking for updates on my order as I haven't heard anything back. Only after I read comments on here and emailed saying I will be reporting him to my bank, he got back to me immediately with the same old story - the van had an accident, my order was broken, he has to start again. He told me my order will arrive within a week (it was Monday). We agreed he will update me on Friday and the tanks will be with me by next Monday. Friday came, I chased twice, he didn't bother getting in touch. Monday night I reported him to my bank as fraud (Amex sorted it out in minutes and I got my money back). Next day he messaged the fish tanks will be despatched by Saturday, not even a delivery date - at this point he wasted 4 weeks of my life and I will never get that back.

This person is irresponsible, cares nothing about customers and only wants your money. Sure, the quality of the product may be good IF you eventually receive it, but it's not worth the drama. Find someone else to buy from, this guy is a crook.

To you, sir, as I know you read these comments, you are a dic*head.

I have tried to contact you a number of times via email, Whatsapp and telephone (which doesn't appear to accept calls?) but had no reply. I just want to know when I can expect delivery since it is now 7 weeks ago that I placed the order. Please let me know when it will arrive and I will amend my review.

What a scam !!!! Ordered my fish tank weeks ago . They promise to delivered in 4 weeks as they have delays etc . Delivery day …no fish tank . Contacted them and unfortunately my fish tank was one of which crash in delivery !!!They promised they will deliver new one in 2 weeks but yet no hear from them afterwards. Reported them to the bank and next day by midnight received message refund will be process in5 working days . Guess what is already 11 days and no money which today I will report to the police . I can not believe this happened. How this company still taking a orders and simply get away from this . I really fuming 😤 right now .
