Due to a recent update, the iHealth app was not allowing me to save my BP readings. Nor could I log in after logging out. So I emailed customer service over the weekend. Due to the long holiday weeken... See more

iHealth is dedicated to empowering healthier lives. As a pioneer of digital health from Silicon Valley, iHealth was founded in 2010 and launched the world's first Bluetooth-connected blood pressure monitor that worked with iOS devices. Through more than a decade of development, by integrating its FDA-approved, award-winning consumer medical devices and remote patient monitoring platform, iHealth has established a digital health ecosystem, the Unified Care model, for healthcare providers to manage chronic diseases remotely. To date, iHealth is one of the top brands in digital health & wellness and has expanded its Unified Care model to 13 states with significant clinical outcomes in hypertension and diabetes management. During the first year of COVID-19 pandemic, iHealth was actively supporting the fight against COVID-19 by being one of the leading manufacturers of thermometers, shipping millions of them to its customers. On November 5th, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for over the counter (OTC) sale of iHealth's COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test. iHealth has since been a major supplier of at-home tests to the federal government, state governments, nonprofit organizations, and individuals.

Some of the reviews I read was a nightmare however, thats wasn't my experience. I received a call back immediately, within the hour that I made the call. The rep was courtesy, resourceful, and kind 😇

I was working with 1 of the tech support reps at iHealth and they could not get my Track reconnected, it was working fine before. I was then passed on to Dave and he not only got me connected but suggested that we test it to make sure it was working correctly. He gave me some tips on how to get better blood pressure readings and they came down by 20-30 points. Thanks Dave

The iHealth blood pressure monitor does not work properly! It fluctuate within a wide range showing inaccurate reading! Do not buy this monitor! Rating - 100.
I purchased the blood glucose monitor and the day after I ordered it I went back to cancel the order but was told it had already shipped and was told after I received it I could simply return it for a refund I just had to ask for a return label. But do not believe them for 2 weeks I have been trying to get a return label but all I get is a run around be very careful doing business with this co.
Received 2 covid home tests from this company. Both had about a half of the required test fluid in the supplied capsules. They were sealed with no leaks poor quality control, would never use their products.
I have to say I was very surprised with iHealth. My last review was a one star and very bad for them but on the day after I placed the review, I received a brand new BP7 wireless BP cuff. My first thought was why in the world did they send this. It’s probably because the other one was not working. I could never get it to pair with the app. Thankfully the new one paired right away. iHealth, I ask you to forgive me for the bad review.
Ordered 14 COVID home tests from this company and they sent me expiring products.
For those complaining about not receiving their thermometer be glad! It is completely useless. The forehead thermometer only registers 98.2 or below. At least if you don't receive it, there is less plastic waste. I purchased mine through Amazon and received a refund; however, now I'm concerned my Covid tests that are also iHealth are also not to be trusted. Who can't make an accurate thermometer in 2022?!.
I ordered a wrist blood pressure cuff from ihealthlabs.com. I decided to go with another one instead and tried to return it. They originally got back to me, but after that one time, they never got back to me again. Even after many attempts at contacting them. It's been months and still nothing!
TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! I purchased two proctored Covid tests so my boyfriend and I could take the required tests in the comfort of our hotel room the day before our flight back to the U.S. We each had a good laptop (a MacBook and Microsoft Surface 4) and strong internet connection, logged in at the scheduled time and did everything correctly. However, after being instructed to wait for the proctor (who was behind schedule, with 5 people ahead of each of us), neither of us was able to get connected to a proctor, and we wasted almost 2 hours of our last day in Paris sitting in front of our laptops and waiting on the phone in a futile effort to contact customer support. We finally gave up and found a pharmacy around the corner from the hotel and were tested there (at a cost of only 20 EU each - - LESS than iHealthLabs charges!), and we walked out with our certificates about 20 minutes later. I've requested a refund from iHealthLabs, and if we don't receive it soon I will report this company to the FTC.
They are very good at taking your money, but useless at providing a service. I made an appointment for a proctored covid test, logged in at the assigned time and have been waiting for 20 minutes for a proctor to show up. After 10 minutes I called the customer support line which kept me on hold for about 5 or 6 minutes, then played a recording of useless tips and then dropped me into a voicemail box without my getting to talk to a human. Presumably they don't have any humans at the other end of the line as they can take your money by computer and so don't need them. If you are looking to get into the US with a covid test, you won't get there this way.
I ordered 4 tests Wednesday of last week by Friday they were in my mailbox. I have read the negative reviews and comments and my experience was 5 out of 5 stars. I don't know if it had anything to do with the site I ordered them off of but give it a try. Go to cdc gov site look for order tests click and it should take you to the post office site look for order 4 free tests. Put info in. That is it! Remember your not ordering anything thats just how it is set up...hope this helps. God bless you all
Purchased 2 rapid antigen covid testing appointments and didn’t realize I needed to purchase their test kits. I contacted them several times and asked for a refund - still haven’t heard back. I think it’s a total scam!!!!
As with so many businesses these days they send out automated messages letting you know that response times are longer because of Covid. It’s been 2 weeks now and still nothing…
You must haul your laptop when traveling. These morons have not realized that most people DO NOT travel with a laptop but use ipads!! They will then repeatedly call you and be of no help!
It was easier to find a local test. These folks are making millions on the USA government meaning us the tax payers. Stay away.
Ordered one of their Blood Pressure monitors and it was defective right out of the package....they don't answer phones or e-mail (email sent to their support address resulted in "undeliverable" response). Their support link on their website is a dead end. Considering legal action! John Curia
UPDATE: a week after writing that review, they finally reached out to me and provided an RMA# to return my defective monitor. Haven't received the replacement yet
I don't write reviews, but this company is awful. I ordered Covid tests on 12/15/21. After 2 weeks, I emailed to inquire about the status of shipping my order. I emailed a total of 3 times, received emails from them that they received my emails, but no response as to the status of shipping my order. Today (2/4/22) I called and actually spoke with someone. After giving my order number, the person knew my name, address, order quantity, etc. When I asked the status of my shipment, the response was "We lost the shipping label." Really? When I asked about the responses to my 3 emails, the response was "We've been very busy." Really? Before I could again ask for the status of my shipment, the person said ihealth would refund my purchase and then hung up. I note that I paid $13.98 per kit. The price was raised to $17.98 per kit.
I ordered the home test weeks ago and sent them an email asking where the tests were. I got a generic letter in response saying because of lockdown things were slow. The took my money but no tests. Stay away from this company.
Purchased COVID-19 tests and had them shipped to my inlaws. 1.5 weeks passed by and they commented that they never received the tests, although the tracking info says delivered. The order page says to write to a specific email address if there are any issues (including an undelivered package) but it is unmonitored and Google Mail bounces it immediately. (The email address is on the order page twice!) I sent a support request through their main page and--days later--have not heard anything.
I ordered COVID antigen test (home rapid test) and was directed to pay via Amazon pay, which is now my only confirmation. No email receipt or estimated shipping date. I saw IHealth tests listed on FDA's approved list so thought I was doing right thing by going straight to their website to order (to avoid scams!) When I sent followup query about receipt, I received same message as posted by another reviewer here over a year ago, full of spelling and grammatical errors. Eek, red flags galore! I have complained to Amazon and will continue to escalate as needed because this sort of thing INFURIATES me. PS: further red flag? The only positive reviews of this Chinese-company here appear very likely to be the result of in-house review padding. PS: oh my goodness another reviewer was additionally correct about the Better Business Board reviews on this company! They are TERRIBLE! Customer service is very important in this country. Though this company may have convinced the poor FDA to approve its Covid test for the time being, success will not last with such poor service, not to mention - apparently (again, there's so much documentation!!) - such terrible products (broken, missing pieces, missing chemicals, USED?!?!?, etc)
