Due to a recent update, the iHealth app was not allowing me to save my BP readings. Nor could I log in after logging out. So I emailed customer service over the weekend. Due to the long holiday weeken... See more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
I purchased a PT3 Forehead thermometer April 6, 2020. Received it on about April 11, 2020. It was defective. Contacted ihealthlabs customer service recording April 15, 2020 and was assigned a request number on April 16, 2020.
I have sent copies of my USPS receipt and tracking info that it was received by ihealthlabs May 7, 2020 at 11:46AM in Sunnyvale, CA 94086.
I have spent at least 6 hours discussing this with Customer Service, who are pleasant people, but nothing gets accomplished. They claim that they refunded my payment. My bank and my checking account have never received any funds from ihealthlabs.
today is Dec. 22, 2021!!!!! This has been over 20 months of chasing them!!!!
I was referred to the Accounting Dept.
The accounting Dept. Manager, Qi Jiang, never answers the phone and her voicemail is always full. Her number is 650-338-1187. Try it for yourself! No answer, full voicemail mailbox. I even sent an email to her and got no reply.
I bought this thermometer from them because I read a good review.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I have since seen a large number of very poor reviews.
This company is beyond terrible. Since my orthopedist's office switched to them we have had all sorts of problems. Many payments we make are not credited and it takes months and months to get them to acknowledge and to fix. The last one has been going on for 9 months and still they cannot get their act together. When I told a few friends about it, they told me they had the exact same problem with them. Beyond incompetent.
I should’ve looked at the reviews before I ordered anything. Ordered two different items of different sizes. I was charged two different prices and the order I received contained two of the same size even though I paid more for one. They don’t respond to emails so don’t even bother wasting your time. I definitely would not recommend them to anyone.
Garbage company that misrepresents theirs products. They are not in anyway affiliated with Apple, and they won’t stand by their defective products.
I have been ordering supplies from Ihealthlabs since the beginning of the pandemic. I ordered 40 thermometers then hundreds of good quality KN95 masks. Over the last 8 months I have ordered about 5000 medical quality masks. At the beginning of the pandemic shipments took a while as they originated from China. Now shipments arrive in three or four days. I have referred them to other departments and they are happy with them as well.
Ordered an iHealth PT3 thermometer on 04/19/2020. It took 2 weeks to arrive. My order was not processed for 5 days after placing my order. I have used this 2 times. I went to use it yesterday and it said the battery was dead. After replacing the batteries with 3 NEW sets of batteries it is still saying the batteries are dead. I called them today. Spoke to a foreigner, she assured me that the product has a history of doing this and agreed to send a new one today or tomorrow. She said I would be receiving an email with the replacement information, and tracking information shortly. Instead I received a computer generated email that said: Your request (#150519) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.
Due to the COVID 19 outbreak and the shelter in place order in our region, our ability to respond to tickets has been hampered. Please bear with us during this time of national crisis. With the need for our inferred No-Tounch thermometers, our ticket volume has gone from 40 tickets a day to over 600, we are all working long days to respond to all of the request.

This is a far cry from receiving a confirmation that they are replacing the defective item, and tracking information for the replacement item that I was told I will have in my hands in 2-3 "working days" as she said. I will update, when or if I actually receive a replacement item.
BEWARE! It's a scam! I purchased 100 face masks and, after waiting for FOUR weeks, they sent me a different model, much cheaper (for the same price) that provides not the same level of protection to COVID. NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS!!! The customer service phone number is fake, etc., etc. They just want to play with your health and take advantaje of covid at your expense. Fake intermediary.
I ordered masks that were on backorder, and waited nearly a month because I like the specific fit of the style. The delay wasn’t a problem, however, when they finally shipped they substituted a different style and brand with no notice. I figured this would be easy to fix with customer service, however they basically just told me “too bad”. I asked for a refund or for them to simply send the correct masks and they refused, insisting they expected me to pay for the wrong masks. Had they just told me they didn’t have the style I ordered I simply would have cancelled and no harm done. But to send the wrong item with no notice and refuse to do anything about it? Horrible!!!
I ordered 3 thermometers and 1 arrived defective. They don’t answer their support phone number or return email inquiries. I believe their company is a SCAM!
They are knowingly selling defective items and will not issue a refund. Their customer service department does not care. Check their Better Business Bureau rating.
scammers, never received a product ordered in april and they will not refund money. do not do business with this company.
I never received my order # 133933 from 4/26.2020 of 50 masks.
I ordered a thermometer and oximeter and like others only received the oximeter. I've emailed and called...emailed and called with no response and no refund and no thermometer! Buyer beware!!

I ordered a thermometer and oximeter on March 31st. I received only the oximeter on April 13th. I sent them messages on April 13th, April 27th, May 21st, May 26th, and May 29th. I also tried calling them numerous times (which they never answer or return emails). Basically they say they have these thermometers in stock, they take your money and then you never see the product. This is especially concerning at a time when people really are counting on getting their ordered medical equipment. The fact that this company is obviously doing this means that they should be shut down!

I had very good experience with the purchases I made from this company. This is my second time buying from this company. At this difficult time of COVID-19, you can barely get any other thermometer timely in the market. I made my purchases on their website. It took a little more than a week for my first order to arrive, which is understandable due to the delay in the packaging and transportation process because of COVID-19. I received my second order in less than a week. I really like the design of the thermometer, as it is simple and easy to use. Would recommend to any buyers in need!
Received my thermometer in a respectable timeline even during this unprecedented time. The design is slick and is easy to use with a simple press of a button. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a convenient way to regularly monitor temperature, great product!
I got one of these thermometers when my baby was 8 months old. She is now almost three. Using typical thermometers was a total struggle until that point that I got the iHealth one. I really love this thermometer and felt it deserved a review.
Overall, for design and ease of use I'd say its 5-stars.
Regarding accuracy, all forehead thermometers are less accurate than the ear, armpit, mouth, and anus. So I'd really give it a 5- I'm not going to dock it a point for being a forehead thermometer, because I definitely won't use an anal one just for accuracy!
I'm really anal (pardon the pun) so I researched accuracy for days before buying this one. I've noticed that its more accurate at the center of the forehead than at the sides, and if there's hair over the forehead this also reduces the reading. But the manual basically says all this. I'll usually get a couple readings just to be sure, but haven't ever seen a wide variance in temperature without good reason (the typical squirmy kid). So just as long as you follow the usage instructions, you should be totally happy. During Covid-19, I bought one for my daycare. Now they use it daily to check all the kids upon arrival. I'm leaning towards this as a go-to baby gift for anyone having a kid, honestly. I trust it's accuracy with my baby and myself. :)
I ordered facemask and thermometer. They arrived as I expected. Like the thermometer design and fast reading. The mask quality is really good, very soft and protective.
They never shipped my items (thermometers) even though their website says they are in stock and ready to ship. They did charge my credit card, though. Could not get ahold of a person when calling, and emails never got returned. The only emails I got from them were generic advertisements. Maybe the company should get their sh** together before advertising even more items that are "in stock and ready to ship."
EDIT: I did end up receiving the thermometers. I wish the communication with the company was better, but the thermometers work well.

Ordered pulse oximeter and arrived quickly but NOT WORKING! Not a flicker. Changed batteries, etc..... Contacted the company 3 times over 6 weeks. Quick to sell/ship but nobody home or answering phone/emails for cheap and defective product returns or service. AVOID!!!!
