iHealth is dedicated to empowering healthier lives. As a pioneer of digital health from Silicon Valley, iHealth was founded in 2010 and launched the world's first Bluetooth-connected blood pressure monitor that worked with iOS devices. Through more than a decade of development, by integrating its FDA-approved, award-winning consumer medical devices and remote patient monitoring platform, iHealth has established a digital health ecosystem, the Unified Care model, for healthcare providers to manage chronic diseases remotely. To date, iHealth is one of the top brands in digital health & wellness and has expanded its Unified Care model to 13 states with significant clinical outcomes in hypertension and diabetes management. During the first year of COVID-19 pandemic, iHealth was actively supporting the fight against COVID-19 by being one of the leading manufacturers of thermometers, shipping millions of them to its customers. On November 5th, 2021, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) issued an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for over the counter (OTC) sale of iHealth's COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test. iHealth has since been a major supplier of at-home tests to the federal government, state governments, nonprofit organizations, and individuals.

0 stars. I placed order 4-21-2020 for no contact thermometer & pulse ox. $98.96 with roughly $20 shipping cost. Says order shipped 4-25-2020. As of 5-26-2020 says still waiting for USPS pickup. I have sent numerous emails to company with no response. I have tried calling company with automated response about covid-19 message. I have filed complaint with BBB. Do not order from this company waste of your hard earned money.

4/9:I placed order for No Touch thermometer.
Recd order confirmation but it didn't show my street address. I tried to correct address but their system would not let me. I mmediately called but phones were off due to C19 shut down. I sent email requesting address correction before shipped. No response received.
4/12 called but no answer just recording to send email. Status showed item shipped with no address correction.
Sent another email. No response received.
4/16: USPS tracking showed item reached USPS and was returned to iHealth by USPS for invalid address.
4/19: USPS tracking showed item received at iHealth in Sunnyvale.
I called again but still not accepting calls. No replies to my emails and item never received by me.
I sent another email with history, requesting refund.
No response to email.
4/24: sent another email requesting refund.
5/5: no response to any emails. Called and got recording they were "open" as of 5/3 but still not taking calls and to send email. I sent another email. Still no response.
5/15: I called again. Still not accepting calls, no refund received, and no response to emails.
5/22: Called again. Same recording. No response to any emails. No refund.
I Googled Customer Complaints Re:iHealth and see that on 4/24/20 they updated their return policy saying to request an RMA# for returns and they will "not process refunds for items sent to wrong addresses". Whoa!
How do you get an RMA# when not accepting calls and no response to emails? And no refunds for "wrong addresses" when their system made the error?
I have repeatedly sent emails to resolve this with iHealth all to no avail.
Now advancing complaint to Consumer Protection/California State Attorney General.

Dear iHealth:
I just received notification from you that you are giving me a "partial refund". Apparantly you are keeping the shipping charge of $9.99 due to "lost in shipping".
No the item was not "lost in shipping". According to the USPS tracking, the item was returned by the USPS and delivered to your receiving area on 4/18. I should not be charged for an item lost in your shipping department.
I would appreciate a further refund of $9.99 to complete the refund resolution of this complaint.
Thank you

Dear iHealth
I don't understand this. I have received the 9.99 but nothing else. Are you refunding the balance of $48.06 ( the cost of the returned thermometer)or not?

How long is this going to go on?

I am happy to say that iHealth responded again and finally processed refund for the full amount. I have thanked them and notified them of receipt of the refund. I consider this finally resolved.
Thank you Trustpilot.

I ordered thermometer and pulse oximeter from this company but I received a box of face mask instead of thermometer. Been reading a lot of same issues in face book so I assumed that what other people were saying were TRUE.NOT recommended, Not reliable.

Update: 6/3/20: Since you've replied to my review and asked me for some information, I can't reply to your message so here is the information.
My Service Request # is: 88374. I was also sent an email on 3/27/20 with a RMA# 2683 and told I would receive my replacement thermometer in 10 days. No replacement received and my 5+ emails to your support asking for an update were ignored. That's why I posted the review that I did.
========================================
I have been working with this company since March 27, 2020 where I received an RMA number and was told that a replacement for my defective iTouch thermometer would be received in 10 days. It is now May 5th and no replacement has been received. I have repeatedly emailed them for a status and all I get back is an automated email response. You can't call them as due to Covid-19, no one is answering their phones nor can you leave a message since the mailbox is full.
Horrible customer service and everyone should know to NOT due business with this company.

I do take very good care of my products but this is the second scale from Ihealth that is having a software issue and i can not get help having it fixed because is around 3 years old. I would have at least expected that I health would have me sending it back so they can find out what the software issue is so they can prevent it on the future models. after having an issue with my first scale i Health send me a discount code to buy a new model. after buying the new model and using it for almost 3 years not very much though and have taken very well care of it i am experiencing a new software issuer making the scale not able to measure.
