The materials themselves are great but…
The materials themselves are great but they are not good when it comes to install. The company organised a subcontractor to fit the material which was great only they've damaged my neighbours wall in the process of installing. The aftercare has been appalling. No response at all from Ikoustic regarding the install complaint nd the subcontractor has just sent a request for payment when my neighbours wall is still damaged three weeks on. They have refused to offer my neighbour compensation and have said we need to use their decorators who apparently are now too busy to even respond to messages from my neighbour about it all. Absolutely shocking. If you're buying the material to install yourself then fine but don't use them otherwise. There's zero aftercare from Ikoustic if things go wrong.

You copied us into your complaint on 21 September and again last night. You should have had a reply from us the same day. You didn't, and that is our failure, not the installer's.
For anyone else reading: iKoustic supplied the materials. The installation was carried out by an independent contractor we recommended, who contracted with you directly. That doesn't put the outcome outside our concern. We made the recommendation, so we're responsible for how it's handled, and the aftercare has fallen short.
Raj, who arranged the installation, has been trying to reach you by phone this morning and has emailed you. He is now handling this personally and I'm overseeing it (cc'd into the email chain from now on).
The priority is getting your neighbour's wall repaired properly and quickly, with her kept informed until it's done, and neither of you having to chase again.

Communication should have been better
Communication should have been better, I spoke to someone on the phone for advice, I was asked to send pictures and details via email and they would respond that day, end of that day I called again but person was heading into a meeting and would reply after that, promised responses never came. I was on a tight deadline so had to order products without advice. The products are good but was disappointed with the service on this occasion.

Can't recommend Ikoustic enough, they were brilliant from the first phonecall to delivery, Yorkshire soundproofing fit it for us, Superb product, it definitely works, if you want to drown out noise , Ikoustic is the firm, 10/10 really really happy !!!!!

First delivery came with missing items. Second order delivered on time but came via 2 different couriers which meant a time difference.

You ordered from us expecting a straightforward experience, and on both counts we didn't deliver that. That's frustrating, and you're absolutely right to flag it.
Missing items on your first order shouldn't happen, it was human error and when it does, it's on us to make it right quickly. I believe that we did do this and had the missing item with you next day.
On your second order, arriving split between two couriers with a time gap isn't the experience we want anyone to have either — especially when you're likely trying to plan an install or a project around it. some of our products are large and bulky and are required to be delivered on a pallet. Some others are small and fit in a box and are delivered by a courier. This should have made that clearer to you at the time of order?

Reduce the noise but don’t remove it
Good help from iKoustic team. I used their material for damping the floor noise affecting the bedroom below. It helped reduce the noise overall but the walking steps were still noticeable from the floor below
