If I could give 0 stars I would! This company's Customer Service Dept has been trained to make it so extremely hard to get your money back for their "defective" units, that you will give up and write off your money!!! Well, it kind of succeeded with me. Kind of. I did not have to try on this wig to even know it was not what I ordered, so I emailed ilikehair.com and told them this. This is where for the next few weeks. When asking for a refund or return instructions they make sure to keep you going back and forth with their very, very broken English about ridiculous questions about keeping the wig and getting something like a $20 credit for your next purchase (like I would actually send these people another dime). Asking me to see if I wanted to sell to family members or friends, etc. Foolish questions like that. Mind you, that once you receive this wig it has to be returned in 2 weeks. I think that's why all the stalling, because with all their, at least 10 emai between us, they never gave me return instructions. That is until they saw I was not going to stop asking for my refund. And here is were my kind of got my refund comes in. I should have gotten a FULL refund, but I was so done with them, that I let them convince me to pay the return shipping, and they took $20 from me "claiming" that was their cost for sending this wig to me! A wig that looked NOTHING like advertised! I agreed, and once the money hit my account, I emailed them that I will be posting my VERY BAD experience with any review sites I can manage! Now it was their time to beg....which they did. Pleading with me not to do so! They are now ghosted!

These people are scammers. They send you a product that is not as advertised. I'm still waiting for my refund…next step is calling my back and reporting them as fraud. Never again!

These guys sent me a cheap lookingwhen I tried to contact them to returnThey told me to sell it to someone or give the eig to someone or they could give me $35 back but not wanting to give me info so I could return. After which they went quiet. Now I've a useless wig I paid 119 bucks for when I could have bought the same wig for $20 at wigtypes.com

Like a couple of others on here, I thought I was going to get the wig that I ordered. I watched YouTube videos of people who had ordered from this company and read the reviews and most of the reviews were 4 stars and up. The ones that weren't were mainly about slow shipping or no product at all. I ordered a wig that was layered, middle part and was supposed to be 14 inches. There wasn't supposed to be much styling involved because the wig was supposed to come styled and pretty much ready to wear. Even YouTube videos of other people unboxing these wigs were pretty much wearing them straight out of the packaging without a lot of styling. What I received was nothing like what was marketed. it was unstyled, thin, and flat, and the layers just looked choppy and the length didn't look no where near 14 inches. Because of the reviews I have seen about how hard it is to get a refund from this company, I'm stuck with a wig that I need to try to make work or throw it away. I won't be ordering from this company again.

I ordered two wigs and got completely two different wigs. One of the wigs was delivered in about a week. The other wig took more than a month, even though they claim they do fast shipping. Please refund my money! I am shocked that the comments here are 4/5 stars. These comments must be FAKE

3/25/2024 Update: I received the wig and quickly noticed that ILikeHair uses deceptive marketing practices. The advertisement indicated the wig construction came with an invisible elastic band when in fact it does not. To make matters worst ILikeHair is trying to force me to keep the wig by refusing to give me a full refund when their return policy clearly states they cover returns for quality issues. They further more tried to convince me to keep the wig by offering a $20 credit. I have been a wig wearer for over 18 years and I know how some of these companies can be. I go on to say this wig is old style inventory being advertised as new. Do your research before purchasing.

Ordered a wig 2 weeks ago and I have not received any updates which goes against their shipping policy. The BBB has several bad reviews on this company. I find it suspicious that this website only had 4 and 5 star reviews. Check YouTube reviews before you spend your money with this company.

The quality of the hair is nice. I should have purchased a longer length then 10 because of the body wave.
