I ordered a 15" laptop Kanken in Royal Blue, the color is pretty much like the image. I have an 13" MacBook Pro and it fits with the laptop case for more protection. The thing I really, really like, is the fact that I bought the Kanken with a really good discount, I saved like £23!
The only problem that I had was the shipping, I live in south america and it took too much time (like a month and two weeks), even the website says that it would arrive in 7-10 days. Despite that i'm very happy with my purchase. I love the quality of the backpack, it's great, I would definitely like to buy another Kanken.

I have been looking for a backpack to carry my stuffs, including my laptop.
And looking for a perfect design for a backpack that can be use to match ur outfits are quite hard
and after seeing the latest design of kanken with the special compartment for the laptop, I bought it directly
when it came, i was very happy with the color that it is the exact shade of color that was in the website, and how it can protect ur stuff under the rain with the great quality of the bag itself is just amazing!

Hi I have fallen in love with this bag not because it's deemed hipster or for artsy people but because of its quality and why it's made which piqued my interest, since I already have a few backpacks of my own I realized I need a small one since I don't like using handbags, so I went searching for a reasonable priced Kanken and stumbled onto this website which gives a good price and takes off 20% off non EU people sounds like a good bargain and to add on a 15% discount? Wow anyways the order didn't come late it came in time it was just the local post that took their time with the delivery card. All in all good bargain, and good service, planning to get another Kanken for travelling not sure going for the Kanken Maxi or Classic :-) But I will definitely order from here again!!

The first time I got my hands on Kanken backpack was a bit more than a half year ago, when I purchased Kanken Classic. It is perfect for school, for its:
-size (the fact that it perfectly matches the size of my old laptop still overwhelms me),
-weight (when empty, it's practically weightless),
-material (can you get any other waterproof backpack? I don't think so)
-style (doesn't need more words).
So as I was that satisfied with Kanken Classic, I started to think about getting another one, this time bigger, that would be perfect for travelling. Kanken Maxi totally got my attention, since it is expandable. I thought, how great it would be to simply adjust the volume of my backpack to meet my needs? Then I checked the cabin baggage allowance for many low-cost airlines and it fits! (and now compare in mind the weight of small luggage and Kanken Maxi-500g)
The only problem was, that I couldn't get Maxi anywhere here (Kankens are still not that popular in Slovakia). But then I've found I Love My Kanken website and was lost for words - free shipping and the colour variety - just..wow! However, in that time, Kanken Maxi in the colour I adored the most was out of stock, but no problem-I just typed my e-mail address for stock notifications and soon was informed that it is back in stock!
My Kanken arrived in less than a week and a half and everything was just as perfect as I thought it would be. Can't wait to take it with me on my next week flight.
Just a little tip- if you are making purchase and you are from country with different currency, check for the actual currency rate, so you won't be surprised if the rate isn't very favourable (as I was)
Also I have to add that in Kanken Maxi, the little pocket in front can hold iPad mini (sorry but I find it amazing)

I ordered the bag in time for a holiday, but Royal Mail weren't able to deliver it. After asking customer services, I was told that it had been returned to them - they'd be in touch when it arrived. It didn't, and on the 7th or 8th time of asking they decided to look into it and have now told me that it has in fact been delivered, but they don't know where. Helpful!! No follow up was ever done to see if it had actually arrived - actually shocking.

The delivery was delayed by 10 days but that was the local PO's fault and not the online seller's. The product itself is as promised -- sturdy materials, excellent workmanship, fantastic colors, and great overall design! Except for some minor issues (it is slightly susceptible to stains from rubbing against dark-colored clothing), I have had zero problems with it. I would definitely purchase another one, but make sure to stick to darker colors to deal with the staining issue.

Delivery wasn't too quick, but there was a mixup with my local post office, so it wasn't the website's fault. The backpack was everything I expected: colour was accurate, size is fantastic and the material seems durable. The colour, however, seems to be wearing off a little already, after only 4 or 5 uses. It's not a problem for me, it looks good anyway and I like the worn out look, but I'd expect a backpack so expensive to not have this problem.

I bought kanken No.2. really great leather with G1000. I love it. Quick delivery. The best buying experience.

My Kanken was delivered quickly after i ordered it and i'm so happy with the product! The site was easy to navigate and i found my desired bag really easily. It came super fast and the bag itself is brilliant, showing the great quality of the products on offer. Order was not processed properly through website and I did not receive the product before going overseas (2 weeks). But after-sales service was helpful and prompt. However, did require a further follow up to dispatch and received whilst overseas. Overall, good to deal with and very happy with product and small free gift.

The long wait was over, it took slightly longer than the stated delivery period to reach my door step! However, the wait was worthwhile! The colour is exactly the same as it appears on the internet. I like the durable material, how it feels and the unique shape of the bag. Most importantly, i feel happy carrying it as my school bag! It fits everything that i need for a regular day at school, including my macbook. Will recommend my friends kanken and which website to order from to get reliable delivery service! keep up the great work!

I've ordered tow kanken backpacks, couldn't help myself... They arrived so very quickly, even though it's an over-seas delivery! They're great, I just love them. My stuf gets organized good in the backpack and are comfortable for carrying

I honestly love it because it fits a lot of things inside, so it's great for school. The thing I was worried about was the shoulder straps but they are actually really good.

I absolutely adore this backpack: not too sporty, good quality, smart.
The size is perfect for a wknd off or a busy day at work... just right for my laptop including a shell case covering it and still has plenty of room to fit in other things such as textbooks, a makeup bag, your lunch, etc.

I've used it every day since it arrived and I am going to buy another one... my boyfriend wants one too

this bag came earlier than expected and it perfectly holds everything i need for highschool plus its super cute for school and out of school this bag is great and its strong and i think it'll last me for a veeery long time :v
