I like design of bag. It is suitable for all ages. I chose kanken labtop, because It's lightweight and waterproof.

kanken is good for me and my son, waterproof, high capacity, light and handy, colourful and pretty, i choice the mini size for my son, he is very happy and take it outside everytime and for me i choice the classic one ~~ it's very useful for my family. I highly recommend for kids.

I got the 13 inch Kanken in Sand. I love this bag. I've gotten tons of compliments when wearing it at college. I'm a petite person living in Vancouver, BC, Canada so most backpacks look like turtle shells on me. They're too big! Not the Kanken. It's perfect in my city because of it's water resistant material. None of my notes have gotten wet during my daily commute to school, unlike my previous bag. Not only that it fits all the materials I need for school, I can squeeze in my water bottles, snacks, and lunch. A huge thing that is important to me is how it feels when wearing the bag. With the Kanken my back doesn't feel as sore as it used to and the bag itself seems lighter while wearing! Even with the same items I used to bring around in my old bag. One other great feature that I also really love are the handles. They're great for when you don't want to wear it on your back, especially for public transportation space saving techniques. No accidental backpack bump to face greetings to strangers.

The side pockets are quite slim to fit anything like an umbrella or a water bottle so that might be the only downside to the bag. I found that it fits other miscellaneous things when I'm on the go like a granola bar, hand sanitizer, or a pack of tissues.

I will likely be purchasing more Kankens in the future when this one doesn't last. Who am I kidding, It seems to be holding up pretty good!! I'll probably end up getting another one (maybe the mini for everyday use) just to have a different colour!

I am from Singapore and I kade a purchase from them. The bag came in less than 2 weeks which was faster than expected. The purchasing process was also simple and fast. They also provided a track mail option which was really good in helping me keep track as to where my parcel is. I love my kanken the website. I had my eye on a specific color bag (classic in black and ox red) for some time now however it was always out of stock. I was able to reserve my bag and waited patiently for it to be back in stock.

A few weeks later I received notification that it was available however it took me a few days to log in to purchase it. I was too slow. I wondered how many items came into stock, but thought maybe its the classic in black and ox red bag was really popular (it is the color of the best football team in Australia). Another few weeks later i received another email notifying me that the item was now in stock. I learnt my lesson. I didn't wait and bought it right away.I was pleasantly surprised that the item was even shipped on the same day. My bag arrived within the 10 working days and i was very excited.

The only concern i have is the bag was "dirty" on arrival. After removing it from its plastic packaging, i noticed the bag had white/grey marks all over it. It looked like it was covered in sand/dust. Because the bag is black, you could see the marks more. If i was purchasing this product in a shop, i would ask for another bag.

It didn't take much to clean, (wet wipe) but i was still disappointed that the bag wasn't in perfect condition to use right away.

In summary I am very happy with the process to purchase the product the time it took to arrive. I would hope that the products are checked for cleanliness before shipment to avoid disappointment. Kanken is a great product and the ilovekanen website is fantastic.

I brought the Classic Kanken bagpack. The material is great i know i won't be let down. There have been cases where bag straps snap , with this bag its not going to happen. The straps were well stitched. Inside, i can fit everything, from laptops to books and clothes my umbrella and bottle. The material seems splash-proof too i don't have to worry about my valuables in the bag when it rains. The design is simple and i can carry it everyday because it goes well with anything i wear.

It's really like my dream bag! I like its shape-- a cute square, and the color is also cool, exactly the same as the picture online. Also, it's light,durable, and waterproof--perfect! Plus, the size just fits me. But I hope there are more spacer layers. The delivery is slow, anyway, it worth the waiting!
