Delivery was fast and reliable. And the bag is just awesome. I bought the number 1 foldsack and the quality is amazingly durable for a bag I've used it almost everywhere I go. To schools, work and travel. Kanken Bags are definitely a must have!

Overall, the purchase was smooth and fast. First purchase here and I am definitely coming back for more:)
At first, I was worried that Kanken Big will be too big on me. Fortunately, the size is alright as I find that classic is too small for school.
One suggestion is using human size models to show how each bag will look when you carry it. Had some troubles deciding the size since the images provided consist of only the bag itself and had to do some searching online.
Overall, still a satisfied customer. Had my bag for around 2months alr. I would say that the bag is sturdy as I often put quite a lot of heavy items inside and so far so good! Thank ILoveMyKanken! Without this website I probably would not have purchased my Kanken bag!

Got my kanken no 2 and was really psyched about it! I've got green kanken because it reminds me of nature. It's quite a compactable size and there's so much stuff I could put in. I love backpacks, but most of the backpacks are usually huge. I'm quite a petite person myself, so it fit perfectly according to my size, no more "Hey, did you bring your whole house out?" A bonus is that there's this padding behind to keep my spine straight. I have back problems when I was young, and I always slouch. It's quite innovative of the kanken team to keep a support of all the society. Not forgetting it's waterproof. I was amazed that the water didn't seep through the bag! Lastly, I'm a huge animal lover, and kanken is helping the arctic fox in every other ways they could. I've not seen an arctic fox myself before, but I'm happy that I've got my bag and at the same time, I'm helping a tiny weeny bit in saving those beautiful creatures! Thanks again for all those amazing things you've done not only for the society but also for the animals. I never once regret buying the bag. Thanks!

the bag(forest green kanken laptop 15inch) is beautiful just like i have seen in the website , it looks even beteer when u put my things and my macbook inside,just love it. i definitely recommend my friends and my family to but kanken actually my aunt just bought a kanken classic with royal blue color😊 even though i already have a kanken classic and a kanken laptop, i still.hope that i can buy another kanken in next year

Very happy customer right here. Delivery time was fast, about a week to reach me in Melbourne Australia. I ordered a classic. I was worried it would be too small but it's the perfect size for day to day use as well as an overnight bag. The colour was as described on the website and the material seems very durable. I expect to be using it for a long time.

ordered two bags from ilovekanken.com,one is deep red classic and the other is ox red 15"inches laptop bag.Both bags are in good condition when I received.Anyway,I thought I will receive a KANKEN zipper pull together with the 15"inches laptop top as noted on the website but I didn't.The colours of the bags will slightly run when I use it in light colour attire.
The delivery from UK to my place(Malaysia) took about 3 weeks.It's a bit too long for me as I planned to use it as my travel bag which was needed one week before it arrived.
However,I'm satisfied with the online service from ilovekanken.com as i'm able to receive the reply from the operator when I would like to enquiry about the delivery status.

I bought a classic kanken backpack from ilovemykanken last month. There was a promotion that I can get a 20% off for the purchase. Free shipping is offered, thus, I expect that I will get it 10-14 days after my purchase because it has to be shipped all the way from the UK to Hong Kong. Surprisingly, I got it within a week!!! It was sent my airmail which is soooo impressive. When it arrived, it was well packaged. I love the overall quality of the bag. It is water-proof which is awesome for summer in Hong Kong as there is heavy rain all the time. This kanken bag has great color can it goes well with some femine dresses as well. I love it! ^^
