Thickened fluids for Dad…
Have a father needing thickened liquids, we have had to compromise a couple of times due to shortages. But staff have been super helpful. Product is wonderful much nicer than powder thickener. Is very expensive.

Walker/rollator purchase
Bought a walker / rollator from their online store. The store was easy to navigate and found what I wanted easily. The price was great and the product was excellent quality. Delivery only took a few days. Very happy with my purchase.

Your staff are amazing and always help me out because 9 times out of 10 I mess up the shipping. I always need the item shipped but it keeps on defaulting the order to Botany South … there is no easy way to correct the shipping part if you amend the order.
