The whole process from first contacting ilumiti to the meeting with Andy, our financial adviser, was second to none. Both Anastasia and Andy were very helpful and friendly. There was a lot of information gathering to do prior to our meeting with Andy but this is understandable. Andy was very approachable and explained our retirement options clearly and in a way that made it easy to understand (pensions can sometimes feel like a bit of a 'dark art'!). Nothing was too much trouble for him and we didn't feel rushed through the meeting. Thank you Andy!

Great pension review with Jack. Very informative and gave me plenty of food for thought. Jack was excellent at describing complicated concepts in a really straightforward way for me to understand.
