Very clear and concise advice and I was able to see several scenarios during the session which was valuable. As a new joiner to the scheme, all of my questions were answered so overall the whole experience was really useful. I thoroughly recommend this type of session to anyone consider their pension and forward planning options for their financial security in the future.

From my initial contact with Phoebe who explained the process and sent the appropriate paperwork and kept me informed throughout to Ben who talked me through my pension and what options are available and explained to a complete financial novice how it all works - thank-you both for helping this old man to understand his future a lot clearer.

I recently had a telephone appointment with Ben Gow to discuss my PIE pension options. I did not know what to expect and was a little nervous and worried at the thought of taking in and understanding all the jargon.
I had no need to be worried after talking to Ben and telling him my concerns and thoughts for the future he carefully listened then explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. He was, patient, honest, knew his stuff and not biased in any way. By the time we finished the call I felt very reassured and confident knowing that with Bens help and advice not only was I able, I knew I was going to make the right decision for my future.

I had a very useful financial health check with Ben Gow. The session was very informative - we covered a lot during the session and he was patient with my questions. From the session I have been able to better understand how to achieve my goals and create an action plan.

Jack Saunders listened to my queries and gave me relevant advice. As a mid-career, but new company employee he gave me relevant guidance of how to maximise my pension. He also pointed me towards budgeting tools for day to day spending. I feel this advice was invaluable as it was what I expected to hear, but wanted confirmation as it was the opposite of current company pensions guidance. I am more confident to make my pension work for me and that I can afford to retire on my own terms. To improve, I would have liked a slightly better email outline of our conversation as I was unable to take everything down that we discussed.

Initial access to advice was delayed due to my employer’s pension scheme (who were paying for this advice) - no fault of Informed Pensions.
A telephone appointment was then made swiftly, and the advisor (Ben) called promptly at the agreed time. The advisor was clear to obtain all relevant information and was easy to talk to. I would say that his questions were comprehensive and that he fully understood our needs and concerns.
His advice was provided at time of discussion and followed up with a clear report.
All-in-all a very comfortable experience and I have confidence in the advice given.
