10/10 experience!
I was extremely nervous about our early scan but as soon as you walk in to Imaginatal, you feel very welcome and at ease. The staff are very friendly and the sonographer was so kind and calming. Me and my partner was very happy with the service and would highly recommend! 😊

Such a relaxing place
I first went here when i found out i was pregnant and the ladies looked after me when i had a molar pregnancy, pregnancy in unknown location to start with and after my d&c happened I fell pregnant again and had a scan before I could see a gp and they looked after me as I booked a scan practically every week because I was excited and so scared and they didn’t judge me and welcomed me every time I came , now have my beautiful baby girl which imaginatal did my gender scan and it was correct x

Scan booked for my daughter
Booked a scan for my daughter as she was worried something wasn't right and she hadn't heard the heart beat. The staff were so friendly and helpful couldn't have asked anymore. Could have been handled much better
I went for an early reassurance scan and unfortunately the sonographer was not happy with what she saw, however she did not give me much information and told me that they did not have a lead sonographer on site but someone would be in touch. A few hours went by and I got a phone call from the lead explaining that they could not confirm anything but it is their policy to refer me to my local early pregnancy unit (I knew what this meant). 3 days went by and I had to contact the unit myself, they confirmed that they had not received any information about me from imaginatal and my scan report had not been forwarded.

I highly recommend them
I highly recommend them. Excellent service, staff was so friendly and went to extra mile to try and get a good 4D picture of my baby’s face, unfortunately both times my baby didn’t want to show her whole face. As I said, both times they took their time and tried to get a good picture. We also received a nice gift bag from them🥰

Had a great experience for our 4d scan…
Had a great experience for our 4d scan this evening, unfortunately both baby and placenta were not playing ball so we didn't get the clearest of images but what we did see was fantastic. The clinic were very generous and offered a re-scan to hopefully get some clearer pictures next time. Joseph our sonographer was really friendly as was the lady on reception 😊
