IMB - particularly Sarah was recommended through my parents friend. I am a first time buyer so not sure how it all works and my parents haven’t purchased a house in 25 years so the process had all changed. Nonetheless, Sarah has walked us through the process from start to finish. Even when I’ve asked silly questions (due to my lack of knowledge), Sarah has always answered them as politely as possible and dealt with my worried parents with ease too! I would definitely recommend, she has made the process very simple for me.

Myself and my partner used IMB to obtain out first mortgage with a shared ownership scheme. My credit wasn't amazing but Lee managed to get us a decent rate with a high street bank, he helped us in every way he could and even when the first flat fell through due to the terrible housing association he was straight on it with the next one and even found us a better deal. He always answered my email straight away even when there was no need and always kept me in the loop with what's going on. Now after what's been a nightmare couple of months we get to move into our new home in a few weeks time.

Honestly couldn't recommend him and IMB enough.
