Not my first experience, but another equally amazing one.

Great place to buy loungefly items. Thankfully I managed to grab a few pieces on sale, which meant I could make a few sets of bags and purses for not as much as I first expected.
Would highly recommend and will be back soon!

Imperial were fabulous!! I had a "user error" and thought I'd ordered but in fact hadn't so they helped me get that sorted as well as dispatching my ordered bag straight away!! It arrived in perfect condition and have been using my Zootropolis bag and purse ever since!!!

I always have such a good experience dealing with Imperial Games. If I go into the shop they're always friendly and have a good level of stock on hand. If I order online they dispatch my order lightning fast. Every time I contact them for any reason (normally to add more to an order) they're always helpful. Absolute quality, I'll always look here first for any hobby related purchase before I go elsewhere. Happy customer.

They had the best prices for the models and books i wanted and it all arrived on time!

This is my second order with this company and I'm really impressed the delivery was so so quick, all items packaged well. Ordered on Monday afternoon/evening and here the next day! Their prices are really competitive much lower than nearly all the places we looked at.. I placed an order with imperial and a same value order with one of their competitors at the same time...imperials arrived next day..2 days later I've only just received the tracking number with their competitor. I highly recommend imperial games 👍

The communication was brilliant, but unfortunately, the supplier had to cancel my order, so Imperial Games had to refund me.

Imperial games is my go to for Loungefly, pops and pokemon cards. Their customer service is amazing and I have grown to know the retailers because of this. Nothing is too much trouble and there prices are very good.
