I booked Imperial ride as a gift for my father on his birthday. The ride was to travel from his home to a hotel that we had booked for the weekend.
The driver was prompt and we were kept up to date on the booking throughout.
I emailed a couple of queries prior and responses from Imperial ride were very swift.
Car was clean, driver respectful.

However, on registering with Imperial ride they offer a 10% discount on the first booking.
I was only aware of this after making the first booking and asked if I could apply the discount. They said that the discount t can only be applied online at the time of booking.
This was disappointing.

We had booked a Mercedes S-class, but on the day we were advised that the car would be a Range Rover which was fine as the Range Rover was a free upgrade applied, I guess based on Imperial Ride car availability on the day.

Overall very satisfied but let down that they did not allow me to apply the discount!

Excellent courteous and prompt service at every level. Almost immediate response to my emails and had no problems with the changes I had to make. The driver was friendly, polite and anticipated our every need. Will definitely be using them on a regular basis.

Great Service and communication
I found Imperial Ride by chance on google. I needed to book a pick up in France (from a train) back to the UK. I am so glad I chose Imperial Ride. My emails were answered immediately. If I needed to phone there was always someone to pick up. At no time did I feel anxious about the meet or drive back. They were totally professional, competitively priced and a pleasure to deal with. The day went smoothly, the driver made contact to meet at a safe point and the journey back was seemless. I will definitely use again if the need arises and have no hesitation in recommending. My Driver Nazeer was absolutely amazing. I was travelling with my 17 month old and a cat. He arrived ahead of schedule, helped me bring all of our belongings to the car, and made sure we were all comfortable. He was extraordinarily friendly. When we got to the euro tunnel he helped me check in my cat as I had my hands full with my son. It was an absolute dream! He drove us directly to my husband and in laws in Germany without any delay. The ride was so smooth and comfortable my son was able to play and sleep the whole ride. When we arrived in Germany he promptly helped us unload our bags. Ive done this journey every year for the past 7 years and this was one of the best. This says a lot especially considering how busy the Channel crossing was due to upcoming travel restrictions. I would use this service every year from now on.

Imperial Ride were impeccable in the service that they provided. I used them for six trips over three days to take my family and myself to wedding functions. The drivers were on time, courteous and drove their vehicles very safely. I would definitely use them again.

The ride arrived promptly and waited patiently.
The driver was very friendly and professional and made the journey very pleasant.
I wanted a quiet ride and he already could sense what I wanted without me asking - he was very good and figuring out what we as customers wanted.
The mobile phone messaging was very useful and the driver contacted me promptly.

5 stars as couldn't really be better for what I expected.
Perhaps one improvement would be an option to call the service later in the day? My return time was uncertain so couldn't book it initially.

Vicent arrived at the right time, gave excellent support during our trip and is a very kind person.

The company is simply excellent. The driver, Mr Amir, is very professional, kind and patient.
My executives had the most luxurious experience. The Range Rover SUV is top of the range, highly executive.

The whole process was smooth and the staff was very helpful and quick to respond the whole time. The driver was very helpful and polite. We had a great and comfortable trip.
