I have been to many jewellers in Hatton gardens but none of them stood out like Imperial time. The staff was VERY helpful and aided me in making a few purchases. They never once pressured me to leave a deposit like other jewellers have. I will HIGHLY recommend them to all my friends and family. They will definitely be seeing me again!

Well went to Hatton garden to purchase a Rolex there were many shops selling Rolexes which we went in but these were the top notch Rolexes and customer service was absolutely excellent very polite and nothing was too much trouble They were not pushing into you buying from them this was the first shop we went to after going to another six shops we knew that the first shop was the best For quality and customer services and they even kept my daughter happy trying on the diamond bracelets while my husband chose his Rolex she was just gutted she couldn’t have one so if you’re looking for a Rolex and you’re going to Hatton Garden please go to these people first you won’t be disappointed

Great customer service is not easy to come by so when I receive it I think it’s worth acknowledging.
I needed a repair on my necklace and within a couple of days of them receiving it they repaired and returned.
The quality of the repair and service was outstanding.
