Naomi & Ellie are amazing! They were both really friendly, knowledgeable advisors. As first time buyers, we had a lot of questions but we felt comfortable to ask anything we needed. Both Naomi & Ellie took the time to explain things clearly and it was clear that they actually cared when advising you of your options. They made the process stress free and we felt really reassured of the process after speaking with them both. They both answered queries promptly via email / telephone and always kept us in the loop. We arranged both our mortgage and insurances through IMA and will definitely be using them again!

Couldn’t recommend Nay and the team highly enough!
As first time buyers it was very daunting going into but Nay made sure we always knew what was going on and understood fully and when we didn’t she would rephrase it until we did. We had heard a lot of horror stories of how stressful it all could be and we was nervous going into it, Nay completely put me at ease and made it feel effortless and even fun, No question with Nay was a silly question and we had a lot as we had no clue on what we was doing

We also had Kelly help us getting insurances again we had the same experience with Kelly making sure and rephrasing to help us understand anything we was unsure about and answering all our questions.

We are so grateful to the team for their help and patience and for making what we thought would be a daunting task fun and exciting!
