Just returned from an amazing tour of Vietnam arranged by Joan at odyssey tours. From the moment we arrived in ho chi min city we was looked after by our 3 tour guides. We saw so much and experienced some wonderful things with a packed itinerary. Thank you to all for creating wonderful memories.

My overall rating of my tour is a resounding 5 stars. All guides in Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Siem Reap, Saigon, and Hanoi met us at the airports and hotels promptly. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and fun. Guides were flexible with accommodating our requests in changes to our daily itineraries and helpful with recommendations for after-tour hours. The drivers were conscientious and able.

When you visit Cambodia, I highly recommend guide Khemrint and driver Tony. They were fantastic and fun. A helpful driver makes ALL the difference. It was very hot, and Tony would greet us at the van with a cool cloth and an ice cold bottle of water.

I have used Indochina Odyssey Tours (IOT) for three trips and they did an excellent job for all three.

Excellent service from our initial enquiry to confirmation of a most comprehensive and well planned itinerary. Our travel consultant Christal gave us wonderful guidance and was prompt, efficient and most professional in her response to our queries. Guides provided during our tour of Vietnam and Cambodia were exceptional. Hotels selected for us were of the highest quality and more than exceeded our expectations. Indochina Odessey Tours was an excellent company to deal with. Our contact Nikki Xia was extremely prompt in responding to our enquiries. Our tour guides were superb in their professionalism, personability, and especially their knowledge. Our hotels were excellent including location and the hotels themselves. Organization of activities was also flawless. The price was also excellent as far as we could tell, not having any experience with SE Asia before. Our drivers were very good and their vehicles were large, spotless, and comfortable. The guides talked to us not t(e drivers. It was just two of us from Easten Canada on this 13 day tour. We could have asked friends and relatives which would have decreased the cost per person but chose not to. I would recommend this tour company without reservation to anyone.

From sending though an inquiry to Allison’s quick response was great. She then went above and beyond to create the perfect holiday for us. From start to finish our trip through north Vietnam exceeded our expectations and with high quality staff throughout the whole process, our tour guide Phuoc who was with us each day was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and funny! I highly recommend using their services we couldn’t be happier.

I did Bali tour with Indochina Odyssey Tours. I will highly recommend this company for any one interested in visiting Bali. Tour guide and the Driver were very down to earth very humble people. I have nothing but good things to remember from this trip that will last a life time. I will visit Bali again sometime in the future and will definitely use these guys. Two thumbs up ......

I had to deal with Bryant to arrange the Cambodia Vietenam tour from Sri Lanka , in April. It was very easy to deal with him and very co-orperative. I am looking forward to meet him on the 10th of April and I am sure we will get the best of his service. Wish you all the best Bryant.

My 21 day trip to Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos in May was booked through Allison who was always very helpful, suggesting suitable excursions based on my interests. I have ended up with a wonderful, customized itinerary after many changes on my part. Allison corresponded by email promptly and efficiently, answering all questions with professional yet personal care. I would recommend Odyssey travel to anyone wanting to avoid the hassles of the travel logistics in a foreign country.
I am very much looking forward to this trip.

During the initial thoughts about a holiday in South Vietnam and Cambodia, I have found Bryant very helpful in planning and suggesting an itinerary based upon my wishes and desires. In his planning, he has identified a lot of places to visit and see which would have taken a much longer time for me to read about and attempt to plan myself. He and i established a very good working relationship and he has guided me through the planning and payment stages such that I feel very confident that I shall have a very good holiday and that Bryant will be there to assist in any difficulties I may encounter.

We were very well taken care of and the lodging and restaurant choices were superb! Our tour guides were wonderful and we saw so much more of Vietnam and Cambodia than if we had traveled on our own. We even made silk lanterns! We highly recommend Odyssey.

IOT put together a custom tour of Hanoi and Saigon per our request. The week package was excellent and included all the must sees in our list. I thought the 4 star Hotels were more like 5 star boutique hotels. They were also well situated for walking and exploring on our own when not on the guided tour. The Halong Bay boat was excellent. Both guides were excellent and were very accommodating regarding any alterations to the itinerary.

From the start to the finish of our booking with Indochina Odyssey Tours, we were impressed with the excellent service we received from them. We were lucky enough to deal with Joan and her service was wonderful. Everything we needed clarification with was dealt with straight away and was explained in detail regardless of how simple or difficult the task.
Odyssey Tours put together a wonderful 15 day tour of Vietnam, a place where we had not been to before. We leave on the 27th March to commence this exciting holiday and will be more than happy to continue this review when we come back.
