Booking our Tours and Transfers was made super easy with My Odyssey and Bryant most helpful and polite.
Prompt replies to questions, no effort to make changes, everything explained.
Payment was very simple with Pay Pal and we received an instant receipt.
We aren’t there yet, but if all goes as expected I will do another review.

Just booked a trip (13 day) to Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand. Allison has been very helpful and responsive in making our arrangements. We were slow to set our dates but she was very patient and kept in touch to make sure we were sure about everything before moving forward. Very excited about our trip!

We booked through Allison from Indochina Odyssey tours. She was very responsive to our individual needs. She helped with our planning, was efficient, friendly, and had great attention to detail. This made our holiday worry free.
Allison advised on visa's, customs, clothing, water health and other aspects of our travels. She organised upgrades to our accommodation, special birthday celebrations, and ensured that our travels were going well.
Our guides and drivers were very professional, easy to get along with, informative, and nothing was too much trouble.
Our Cambodia guide, Mr Sothy (Mr T), and driver, Sambo, were exceptional. Our Siem Reap experience was very memorable.
Mr Loi at Ho Chi Minh City was very caring and empathetic.
Mr Nam at Hanoi gave us a good taste of local life.
Flights and accommodation were well organised.
Our personal tour was well above our expectations.

We are very happy with our personal tours of Phnom Penh and Siem Reap arranged by Indochina Odessey Tours. We worked with Odessey’s representative over the web to arrange the tour. The process was seamless as our representative was very helpful and flexible. In both cities, we were provided with an English speaking guide and an air-conditioned car. The guides were very helpful and provided us with detailed explanations. They also knew how to schedule our visits so as to avoid the crowds. Our guides also showed us the best angles to take photos. Both drivers were excellent and provided us with cold drinks and cold towels whenever we returned to the car after an exhausting tour of the temples. The hotels were very comfortable and the meals provided were on the whole quite good. The guides also gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. I strongly recommend the use of this company.

Allison was great, she sent me the information very quickly, very professional and always followed up. The problem that I had is the price, I found it very expensive compared to doing the hotel and flights bookings by my own.

I could not have been happier with my trip. This was my first time to have a personal guide and driver. Both were excellent. My hotel, Lotus Blanc, was beautiful and the personnal so accommodating. I loved my visits to the temple sites and the Lake village. It was just such a wonderful, as well as educational, trip. Thank you , Thank you.

Our trip was fantastic from beginning to end. Every last detail had been taken care of for us thanks to Cherry. We experienced so much of what Thailand had to offer - safe and well organized. The guides were prompt, very pleasant, and very knowledgeable, especially Tony and Allie. One member of our party had a few challenges and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone was accommodated.

We booked online with Odyssey Tours for a private tour of Thailand, Laos and Cambodia. Our travel consultant was Bryant Yang and I was so impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and quickness to respond to my emails even though I was in the US and he was in China. He suggested many places to visit that I would not have known about and his choice of hotels was great---we did upgrade to luxury hotels and it was well worth the expense. I researched and found amazing hotels that Bryant booked for us as well. Our tour was fabulous---the places we visited, the hotels, the guides and the drivers were fantastic. The guides were very knowledgeable and really gave us a very informative time in each of the countries we visited. I would highly recommend using Odyssey Tours---if there was a small glitch---I would email Bryant and immediately he was on it to correct whatever needed to be done. Very professional tour company to travel with.

What started out as just a guided tour for my wife and I, has expanded to 2 couples.
Bryant Yang has been informative and expedient with our options even accommodating a change to the stated itinerary, and to lengthen the number of days. The package presented has a nice mix of engaged and free time. We are about 3 weeks from our travel dates, and I know Bryant and his team are working diligently to book all the hotels, airlines, and tours. There are just a few more things to be taken care of, but my group and I would like to thank Bryant for his patience in working with us, especially with the 12 hour time difference.

We had the most memorable holiday thanks to Nikki Xia. Nikki organised our holiday perfectly. Nothing was too much trouble for her ,she customised our trip to suit us and responded very quickly to our emails. Everything about the holiday was excellent. The organisation was outstanding allowing us to experience so many places, numerous worthwhile trips, excellent hotels, careful drivers and very knowledgeable friendly guides. The holiday ran without a hitch and every day was a delight.
We hope to use Odyessy Tours again very soon.

IndoChina Tours, through the vast knowledge and professionalism of Cherry Wei, provided an outstanding 2 weeks private tour of Vietnam. All accommodations, transfers, restaurants, vehicles and bilingual tour guides were of the very top designation. Only through Cherry’s experience and knowledge did everything mesh smoothly and without discomfort, in spite of a Typhoon arriving during the tour! Cherry is A++++ top quality. We look forwards to touring with Cherry again.

Joan Qin tailor made my solo tour for me in such a wonderful way.... I had several specific requests for my tour to Laos. Her efficiency and polite nature was fantastic. Am excited to leave tomorrow feeling like I have so far had great service and I know what to expect!

Bruce Peng worked with me and my wife over the course of six months piecing together our upcoming trip to Vietnam. As we were cut and pasting the options together, Bruce was able to make site and travel recommendations that gives our trip a perspective it would not have normally had. Flights, hotels, transfers, paperwork, Odyssey took care of it all. We are looking forward to our 11 day holiday this summer and having Bruce helping us along the way puts us at ease. Wonderfully good company starting with Cherry Wei, our tour advisor. This is our second trip with the company and everything goes as planned from arrival pick up, to hotels to driver and guide. They are very flexible in planning as they will configure your itinerary to your needs.

Three of us wanted to travel to Vietnam, Cambodia (Siem Reap) andThailand. At first, I thought it might be something that I could arrange myself, but as I started my research, I realized that I was going to need help, and boy am I glad that I found Indochina Odyssey Tours. Their name kept popping up as I researched Trip Advisor Forum reviews looking for answers to my questions. The more complicated my do-it-yourself trip became, the more I realized I needed help. Chrystal Yao was the answer to my prayers. I told her what we were thinking about and she promptly came back with a suggested 18 day tour. As we didn’t know much about SE Asia, we were dependent on her expertise. We bought a map, talked to friends and eventually came up with some ideas of our own that we would like to incorporate into the schedule. We took out some things, added some things, to include an additional 6 days so we could go to Myanmar, and eventually came up with our 24 day tour. Because we used Indochina Odyssey Tours, we had a fabulous time with no worries about making plane reservations/connections, whether we were staying in a good hotel or not, how we were going to get from one place to another. They did it all. Our hotels were all 4 or 5 stars with all the conveniences anyone would want. Our last 2 in Myanmar we’re so nice that we didn’t want to leave. The restaurants that they chose for us to have lunch were also above par. I cannot say enough good things about all our drivers and guides. They were exceptional. Trying to do a trip like we did with just a guide book would have been a nightmare. We learned so much about the people, their customs, their way of life, important information about the country’s history, their religion (about 90% are Buddhist) and, of course, their temples and palaces. I can’t impress enough on the importance of a good driver. All were excellent. Once you’ve driven around in Hanoi traffic, you’ll understand how nice it is to have really good drivers. We NEVER had an “Oh my gosh” moment which is saying something. Also, the vehicles that they use are up-tp-date, new vehicles. Don’t be put off by all the great things about them. Their cost is extremely affordable when you think of all you get and the peace of mind you’ll have knowing that everything is going to be perfect. You can enjoy your trip and not be constantly worrying about how to get to point B when you arrive at point A
