Tries to block refund - posting costs for return BIG
If you order a dress online it is your staturory right to request a no quibble refund within 14 days. Not for this company. They will refuse the refund, despite suggesting on their website they have a returns policy. How can you know the dress is right until you try it on? For me, it wasn't, slightly wrong shade, too shiny material, and a simple but cheap looking finish. I am allowed to request a refund without a long drawn out email process with Tina. NOT OK. DO not buy from them.

SHOCKING COMPANY, TERRIBLE QUALITY DRESSES AND NO REFUNDS
I was lead to believe that I was buying from a UK company but it’s not. It’s cheap imported dresses I believe from China. Absolutely shocking quality. A bridesmaids dress with no hems? The bandeau, bottom of the dress and bits that tie have no hems on them. One thin layer of cheap, stretchy fabric. I can’t believe that I’ve fallen for their trickery. You can return if you’re not happy - yes at a cost of £56 for 3 dresses. Absolutely furious. When you leave a review on their website they delete it!

These dresses are lovely. The material is of really good quality and they are so versatile. They are really good quality and the customer service team were really quick to respond to my questions. They took about a week yo come but I was able to track them to see exactly where they were.

Do not buy from here!! The refund policy is false!
Although the colour was correct the dress quality was poor and was il-fitting on. I requested a refund on these grounds only to be offered 1/3 of the money for the dress back and I could keep it. I politely declined only to be told I would need to SEND IT BACK TO THE USA TRACKED! I obviously argued and was offered 1/2 back. Due to costs to the USA I had to accept this. I now have £24 and a dress I don’t want.
AVOID! I’ve since bought some beautiful dresses from next for £60 and they are amazing quality.
