DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS!!!! The quality is poor, the colour not what expected. The cut is terrible and material thin. I’ve asked for a refund multiple times and ‘TINA’ won’t give me the returns address and point blank refuses, she states ‘no one else is unhappy with their dress’ reading the reviews I think that’s totally untrue!! £51 inc postage down the drain! Very very angry. She’s offered a 1/3 of the cost if I keep the dress, why would I do that. I just want to return it!! Infinity dress seem to think consumer rights do not exist.

BEWARE - They do not offer returns

The dresses are thin and poor quality, having tried other multiway dresses you really see the difference in quality. The dresses are quite small too, it fit my size 8 friend perfectly. Certainly not one size fits all (I am a 12) I contacted them to say the size is too small and that the delivery took too long that I couldn't get an exchange in time - I didn’t realise a UK website would be shipping from CHINA and all returns must be sent to the US which costs more than the dress. The offered me 1/3 of the cost to keep the dress - why would I want to keep a dress that doesn't fit, and I no longer need? A company that doesn’t allow refunds is dodgy. Victoria Lou Bridal, Stratford-upon-Avon, do good quality multi way dresses in all the colour and not much more money and are actually a UK based company, check them out - you won't be disappointed.

False returns policy

I'm giving a '2' but only because delivery was so quick.

Ok here's the thing. The dresses are affordable priced, they come in a range of colours. If you have a certain budget and you aren't necessarily bothered about high quality material, this dress is for you.

The website very clearly states they have a '100% customer satisfaction policy'. I wasn't keen on the material quality - I found them to be really thin and poor. The colour was also most definitely lilac, not mauve as requested. After sampling another multiway dress for only £20 extra, I opted to pay more for the much better quality dress.

I requested a return on the basis I was not satisfied with the dress quality. I was told by 'Tina' in customer services that nobody else had complained about the quality and she wasn't prepared to give me a full refund. She suggested I keep the dresses, and they will refund half of the cost.

Hence why infinity dresses only get a 2/10 from me

I ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses from…

I ordered 5 bridesmaids dresses from this company back in may. I didn’t receive them so started to chase them. They told me that I had to find the parcel myself and to contact my local
Yodel. I did this and eventually found it had been delivered but to the wrong address. I had made a mistake when clicking addresses and it had gone to the wrong house but the same stress. This was my mistake but due to reviewing no communication that my parcels had been delivered I waited nearly a month for my parcels. By the time I found out they had been to the wrong address they had sent them back. Yodel told me it was the company’s responsibility to find them but when I asked the company for help they have basically told me that it was my mistake not there’s. So no I have no bridesmaids dresses and no refund even though the dresses were returned to them by the address they were delivered to. Anyone know what I can do about this. Is this now a police matter ?

POOR QUALITY

Wish I could rate this company no stars. Awful awful company to deal with!! Please do not trust the description of these dresses. They are cheap and see through!!!! Quality is so poor.
Requested a refund which was an absolute nightmare, trying to get anyone to respond was like getting blood out of a stone! Sent the dresses back via tracked postage (cost £40+ to return to the USA). Company then denied they received the package despite having confirmation it had be received, had to make a claim via PayPal to get my refund. Very frustrating, if you want a decent ‘infinity’ do not shop here.
