Missed collection of medical waste by 3 days now. Again told to wait until 17.00 for a collection...another no show. The promised phone call each day never happens.

Our bin compound was a mess due to another contractor not collecting for 3 weeks. Initials Tech was so kind, helped move the clinical bins and return them. He went out of his way to make sure we had a collection that day. A very big thank you.
