Amazing service so thankful that they managed to get my car back on the road, definitely would and have recommended.

Despite being fully booked, Andrew and Lewis found a way of squeezing us in as a result my wife (who runs an NHS recovery unit) got her precious means of transport back on a timely basis. Thank you to In an out Kettering 🤩

They were very friendly on the phone and helpful got me in the same week for mot and service the price beat all of the quotes I had already got the mechanics explained what the issues I had and how to sort them would highly recommend and will definatly be going back

Amazing garage! I was nervous at first as two others garages have nearly ripped me off. The staff are lovely and very professional. It’s nice to know I can trust this garage.

Friendly staff on arrival and had a text message when my car was ready which meant I didn't have to stay and wait would definitely use in and out again

I'm very happy with In-N-Out. They inspected and fixed my car really quickly. I highly recommend them; they are very professional and helpful.

I’d recently bought a new car and noticed there was a small leak coming from the bottom of the car. I assumed it was the air con, but wanted a second opinion. I took my car to see Syd at the Warrington branch. He was extremely helpful and very polite. He put my mind at rest. As a result I’ve booked my car in for an MOT with him and his team again as I feel it is in very safe hands.

In n Out Huntscross Liverpool. Everyone here are fab ! Ive been coming to this garage for years because their welcoming & friendly to all. My first mot was with Halfords booked for 10am at 5pm it still wasnt done BUT here at In n Out you book, which I do online ( super easy)at a time that suits ex- yesterday mot was 10am at 11.15am they phoned to say it was ready & it's been like that everytime. With its new look there is an even better waiting area where you can a coffee or nip next door for a bit of breakie etc when my exhaust went they bought me through to show me then showed me what they will do to fix it. I had my rear light smashed so I nipped to the garage where one of the fab mechanics explained because my car is 20yrs old it would be better if I looked for a replacement & if I got one to go back & they'll fit new one. Im disabled & if its raining they go get my car & bring it to the entrance or they will park it in the disabled bay for me. At the other place they said my car had failed on several things & needed 4 new tyres which they done without asking, blades & ordered all the parts ready & I was to leave the car there. When my husband turned up their attitude changed. In n Out treat everyone the same, they ask you if you want them to do the work. I highly recommend this place to all my family, friends, colleagues & even my customers. Ive never had a bad experience here think it's been 8yrs or more. Its such a shame that Paul on the front desk is leaving he's so helpful your loosing a good member of staff there.

The chaps at the wednesbury branch were super helpful even though very busy managed to fit me in after my brakes failed on my 21 transit on my trip down.
Left it with them and they were able to get me going by the end of the day.
Can’t thank them enough. Really dug me out if a situation by just being really helpful.

Easy booking system and very stress free process.
I stayed on site for duration of my MOT and there are good facilities to relax and have a coffee whilst you wait.

I dealt with Craig who was very helpful and discussed my advisories with me.
