Outstanding experience sir, from start to finish it was a great transaction, had a good chat and he explained everything that came up in my service in a way that I can understand. Found them to be very helpful nothing was too much trouble.The work was done as quickly as possible and I had my car back very quickly.

Used In n out for the first time on my cars 2nd MOT. Website was easy to navigate and book an appointment. With appointments available almost next day, although I didn't need this. Price was competitive being under the highest set max charge for the MOT. On the day staff were very friendly and efficient. Appointment was on time and ran to schedule. There was a waiting room with tables and chairs,TV,toilet & drinks machine. Overall a great experience and I would recommend.

Only slight issue was I didn't get a call to say my vehicle was ready for collection. The garage called asking if I was collecting the vehicle about half an hour before they closed. I explained I hadn't been told the vehicle was ready and the guy explained why this was. I got there just after closing time and the guy was waiting for me with my keys and paperwork. Couldn't fault him at all, especially when he reiterated how the communication issue happened.

Always good service and advice

My vehicle was booked in for an MOT slot at 12:15 PM. However, due to severe disorganization, I did not get out of the garage until 15.50 PM—an astonishingly long delay for a standard MOT booking, with no prior communication or courtesy call to warn me.
Unprofessional Conduct & Distracted Testing: Staff members were observed walking around aimlessly with their hands in their pockets. More concerningly, the tester was on the phone while conducting the test, raising serious questions about how an MOT can be carried out safely and properly while distracted and using only one hand.

Dismissive Attitude & Postcode Discrimination: When I raised concerns about the delays, a staff member casually dismissed me by stating that because I was "local," they put other people in front of me assuming I wouldn't mind waiting. A booking slot is a slot regardless of postcode, and this attitude completely disregards customers' time and work commitments.

Excellent service as always.

Friendly staff and good customer service.
Booked in without a problem on the day my mot expired.
Test was done professionally, quickly and efficient.

Been using this company for a few years now Never had any problems As a woman on my own I find it a safe environment to stay in if you have to wait for your car and not like some in this profession rip you off All round good experience

Used the Cardiff site. The gentleman on reception was polite and helpful. MOT plus extras were done efficiently and in a good time scale. Car was left how they found it. Website easy to use. I have used them many times and each time have had great service. Thank you guys.

I was stuck on tritton road car was messing about and didn’t have a clue what to do when devon the worker from in and out came back to help and sorted the car out which was a life saver would definitely recommend this service helped me out a bunch when they didn’t need to

Very pleased indeed. staff were very obliging and friendly. Very pleased with prices. Work carried out on my car was of a high standard.

From the receptionist to the mechanics, they’re all very professional but friendly, easy to talk to and considerate. My husband wasn’t feeling well but we didn’t want to lose our appointment, so we were there first thing in the morning, they got on the van straight away and done an amazing hard job that took all morning. They kept us informed at all times of what was happening and giving us a time frame when would be done. I’m very thankful and will come back.
