Terrible at communication
Terrible at communication, no notes ever conveyed to anyone else so you have to explain yourself continuously. The only way I ever got something done or information I needed was to be borderline rude and demand to speak to a supervisor. The course itself is confusing and hard to navigate already.

Having just completed the Cert IV TAE
Having just completed the Cert IV TAE, I've had time to reflect on the good and bad of the course.
The trainers and admin support staff were of top of their game all the way through and answered all queries in a timely manner.
Undertaking the course virtually was new for me but everything worked really well and made life a lot easier than expected.
The only down side of the whole course was the time frame involved for the assessors to undertake the assessment part of the submitted assignments.
All in all, keep up the good work.

Ageing Support Course
My Course which I have Just completed - CHC43015 Certificate 4 in Ageing Support, was thoroughly covered within the literature supplied for the course.
My problem was finding the volunteers to act in the videos, which took a lot
of persuading on my part, the amount of videos needed for each subject, and the constant frustration of the non responding video upload section when trying to submit assessments for subjects needing to be marked. Also the way in which some of the question were asked, I really had to challenge myself and think as I did not understand in what direction /area to find answers, But in the end I sat on questions for a couple of days before answering, and I eventually achieved correct answers and a pass which gained me my certificate 4 in Ageing Support. I am so proud of myself, my commitment to progress and finishing, as many times I could of easily just ended the course. I now have gained another qualification towards the job I love doing. When I arranged trainer calls they were polite and very helpful.

Not enough support
Work is confusing, it can take up to 2 weeks to speak to a trainer. Once you speak to a trainer they are lovely & helpful. But if you are like me & work full time, I did most of my work in the evening, which meant it took longer to get into a trainer. Would be good to be able to speak to the trainers at the time of the issue.
Inconsistent marking. Marking can take up to 6-8weeks.

I can see that most of your assessments were marked within 1-4 weeks which is within the standard marking time frame of 6 weeks as published in our website and clearly stated in the student handbook. Extended marking time frame is not our normal standards in operation, and we do send notification in those very rare events.

Stay away, terrible company with bad trainers
I started a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and they failed to tell me I would be unable to complete the course given my current circumstances, and were happy to take $1000 off me knowing they wouldn't have to provide me a course. Now they're refusing a refund even though they made a mistake. Stay away, there are much better RTO's out there who are not just out there to make a quick buck stealing money from people who are unable to complete the courses. The instructors struggle with their command of English, the material is poorly written and the video's are very unclear.

Did both online self paced and virtual. Found the online booking a little frustrating when you had to book in advance to get questions answered. I enjoyed the virtual more classes with Kenneth he was amazing. Happy with the outcome and would enrol in more virtual courses with Inspire Education.

Absolutely terrible
In my experience, I have found that their way of educating is to give you resources to teach yourself. Any help can be two weeks away with teachers seeming to be booked up constantly at the suitable hours for most people (after 5pm).
When asking for more than the resources provided to teach myself, I was refused, but offered an extension at my own cost, right up until I asked for a refund and then offered what I asked for, providing I payed an extra $1000. And I was refused the refund. They are money hungry and don't care about whether you pass or not!

The trainers are very professional, helpful and understanding. Student service responds promptly to student’s request, technology is up-todate. Just some of the learning materials are out of date and irrelevant( I’ve got this feedback from my supervisor for vocational placement).

i found the 1 week live on line course…
i found the 1 week live on line course fantastic however studying online for the rest of the course was very frustrating as appointments with trainers were very hard to get in a timely manner and responses to questions again could take days which delayed the progress of study. however the trainers were all great.

Meh, glad it's over
Most of the trainers were helpful. However, the administration of this RTO leaves a lot to be desired. They care little for their students and the only thing they do in a timely manner is take your money. The course material is average, with some resources containing errors and one of the referenced materials literally contradicts itself (what do you expect from a government publication)

The staff are great
The staff are great, but this course was a lot more difficult than other courses available. After talking to other students in placement, and comparing different courses, they were very disappointed as well They ask you about over 200 questions at placement that was so difficult to answer. Where other courses only have a few pages to get signed off. sometimes it's hard to get answers straight away from the team, and questions that I don't think we need to answer.... I wouldn't recommend this course to anyone....

What I like about studying with Inspire…
What I like about studying with Inspire was the course was very detailed.
I liked the way the Trainers helped me when I asked questions, they were very friendly.
When I sent an email in the hub, this was answered straight away.
Towards the end, they sent out my certificate quickly.
The only think I did not like about it was there were a lot of questions in the subjects. Maybe it can be condensed a little.
