I would have finished this course by…

I would have finished this course by January if only there was a way to communicate with trainers than wait for a week long phone call where just to make you happy say they understand when they don't.

I’ve recently completed my Certificate

I’ve recently completed my Certificate IV Human Resources. I can’t fault Inspire Education through my dealings with them. Initially the Student Portal took a little to get used to however I found it very effective to use to book phone calls with the trainers and the Lets Chat was a wonderful tool. Sarah, my trainer, was pleasant and has a wealth of knowledge that she is willing to share and in all honesty I don’t believe I would have completed the course without her kind words of encouragement.

Great trainers, but learning materials need an overhaul

For some of the subjects the material was not enough and I needed to do additional research.
At times the provided learning material did not provide clear instructions and a lot of the links to other documents were not working.
I had a great trainer experience. They were able to help clarify all my questions.

Inspire Education has given me a very…

Inspire Education has given me a very happy experience. I was very satisfied with all the assistance and help so got from all the Trainers, Admin and Sales staff. Inspire Education is veryyyyy supportive. I am happy completing my Certificate IV after having a baby. It was a very tough time, but Inspire made it easy at every step.

Cert Iv upgrade

Completed a cert iv upgrade in training and assessment over 3 months. The course was online with workplace and simulated coursework with access to trainers via phone. There were some inconsistencies with information provided by trainers and coursework however multiple sources were provided to enrich learning. Being online required more time to access and read these sources and learn from pre recorded webinars.

Fantastic but Feedback over load

I completed my TAE via online classes, this was a fantastic way to keep focused and have an end date in site. I spoke to all my class mates and they agreed this was a great option that provided online tutor support and guidance the full time of the session. This allowed my to ask questions and receive feedback and support whenever needed. I would have given 5 stars however I did find one thing a bit annoying in that every time I needed to contact the support teams at Inspire I would receive a feedback questionnaire, I felt this was over the necessary feedback anyone would need to collect. apart from that I really enjoyed the course and the feedback from assessors.

good education institute, but tight with course of study completion

Inspire Education is good for the new comer students and at sametime lots of flexibility for time to finish a course or course extension. I believe students who want to finish their course on time or taking time to complete, Inspire education is there for you. However,it's not flexible with the course tasks that needs to be done completely as 100 %.

Consistently difficult to get trainers…

Consistently difficult to get trainers to attend appointments, return messages and emails either on time or at all. The level of support promised in their adverts and phone hold message is false. Its like if centerlink ran an rto.

Diploma Community Services Case Management

The team at Inspire were always helpful and replied quickly to all my questions. There was a lot of submissions during the course which was quite challenging to keep up with especially while working full time. The only thing that needs improvement is the huge amount of work involved in completing the skills work book as part of the vocational placement. There was not enough time to complete during placement and there was way too much duplication of work in the observation forms and in the skills work book itself.
Overall a great course and really helpful organisation!

The trainers were excellent

The trainers were excellent. So very encouraging....especially Jacky.
They were let down by the format of the material. It was very difficult to use at times: it skipped up the page if you clicked in the wrong spot, had no spell check and some grammar and spell checks were required. I was initially giving feedback re this but it became too prevalent and time taking.

Thank you to the Inspire team, I really enjoyed the study and it certainly stretched me.

I have learnt so much about myself

I have learnt so much about myself, the course itself and how online courses are run in general. Although the start was overwhelming, I found a work partner through your forum. This helped me get through the course.

Progression into the course was smooth due to the fact that the clusters were designed consistently: same format, same process...

The support through the online videos and Let's Chat was priceless: clear, quick, helpful.

Too much Administration

While the trainers were excellent, the organisation was let down by the Administration side. I enrolled in a Cert 4in Training and Assessment workshop which consisted of 4 spheres of training - one week on Design, another on Assessment etc. this meant that any time they sent one of their automated emails, usually at 1am, I received 5 of them. One for the workshop enrolment and one for each of the 4 spheres…. Every time you sent an enquiry via email you got a survey about the response - Every. Single. Time. Overkill Administration! When I asked if I could get the automated emails stopped or at least sent to me at a reasonable hour, closely followed by the survey email, I was told this was out of their hands. Too. Many. Emails. Otherwise I would recommend Inspire to others.

Inspire are Fabulous!!!

First time I have ever completed a certificate entirely online. I was initially apprehensive about the how difficult it would be to complete without face to face classes and support. I need not of worried as It was a fantastic experience. The course content was thorough and easy to follow whilst the webinars and associated links were also very helpful. Sarah and her team were professional and supportive every step of the way and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their skills or learn some new ones.

Mixed feelings overall!

I found the Inspire staff very helpful and courteous but the quality of the training material was very poor. The documentation was often confusing and ambiguous and the information in the videos often did not match up the paperwork. As a result, I spent a lot of time having to clarify things that should have been clear from the start. I was also a little disappointed in the turnaround time for the marking of assignments but on a positive note, I felt that the assessors were very thorough in their marking.

Face to Face Trainer Steve was very Knowledgeable on the Qualification Training & Assessment , Classroom activities were enjoyable & he catered to every Learners Style. Online Staff were very friendly & the Course Material was very easy to follow. Assessment Submissions were made very easy & the Feedback from the Assessors was very Valuable. Holistically it was a very enjoyable experience to study with Inspire Education.
