I'd avoid at all costs.
Poor, slow service
Very frustrating experience with this solicitor and would not recommend any one uses them. They are very slow to process documents they have requested and very slow to respond to emails that is if they respond at all.
In addition, they advised they have been waiting for the redemption statement from the bank which is holding up our remortgage and the bank said they have not even requested it and if they had, it would have been provided in 48 hours.
It is maybe the luck of the draw on the caseworker you get or possible that the caseworkers are overwhelmed with work but either way it does not inspire confidence. I will update the review if they get their act together and ever complete my mortgage!

I recently had a bit of a nightmare with a Land Registry issue after completing my remortgage, and Sarah Fichtali was the one who stepped in to sort it. She was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Clear updates, quick responses, and a calm approach that made the whole thing feel far less stressful than it could’ve been.
What really stood out was how proactive she was — she didn’t just wait around for things to happen; she chased, clarified, and kept everything moving until the issue was fully resolved. You don’t realise how valuable that is until you’ve been stuck dealing with post-completion limbo.
If you’re lucky enough to have Sarah handling your file, you’re in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend her enough.
The service they provided could not…
The service they provided could not have been worse. from the start I was let down by them, no one explained the process, my initial emails were disregarded - I should have been contacted by a representative and was not, we ended up going into variable rates on our mortgage because they failed to do their job and when I made a formal complaint, a man from their office called me and spent the entire time making excuses and placing the blame on me, severe lack of accountability. Poor poor customer service, places blame on its customers for their own failings, I am absolutely disgusted.
Pushing hard for any information from them
I've found them hard to contact as staff on the phone aren't very up to speed, it's difficult to get hold of my caseworker who doesn't reply to emails promptly, or contact me unprompted with any updates.
I've asked for updates a few times over recent weeks, but nobody seems to have up to date information. I've been told twice that a document we are waiting for "arrived yesterday", but that was weeks apart.
I'm still unsure what's going on.
Service with more empathy than an AI
After accepting a remortgage deal with Barclays, was referred to these guys, who then went on to provide 2 different shortfall figures and responses to clarifications that were at best automated, not to mention their additional fee to check our names against land registry etc etc.

I was referred to Integrar by Barclays to handle our re mortgage. There was a requirement for a lot of duplicated information which had already been provided to Barclays but my caseworker Jamil was on hand to guide me through. He was very helpful in filtering out what information was needed at the various steps in the process. Once comms had been established the process was smooth.

I particularly want to highlight the assistance provided in settling my Lenvi Help to Buy loan. The coordination between redeeming both my mortgage and the Help to Buy loan was managed seamlessly.
Many solicitors charge premium rates for dealing with Help to Buy redemptions due to the additional complexity involved, but I found your fees to be fair and competitive.
