Awful & appalling service
Awful experience with this company! Nothing fast track about it, I have been with them over a year, 2 tests dates were cancelled due to covid and the test centre having a strike (so not really there fault) but then have had 3 more tests booked one of which they changed without telling me so didn’t leave me enough time to do lessons and one where they changed the test centre without telling me (not a centre or area that is near me) then their driving instructor has done nothing but let me down giving me excuse after excuse over a period of 7months so they said they would get me another instructor and it’s been 3months now and still don’t have one for me, they keep saying they will sort it by next week and ring me to let me know and don’t, even had a manager say this and they have failed to ring me with a update. Absolutely appalling service!

Just a heads up folks when you contact your bank printout the trustpilot summary a a few random reviews over a span of 2 years. They are obliged and will refund your money. Eventually they will shut down this punks accounts. Remember do not wait you have a limited time. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU. The positive reviews use the word amazing repeatedly. Out of sync with colloquialism of different authors. His linguistic footprint is over all of them; compared with his juvenile English. REMEMBER DO NOT WAIT. YOU STILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
Still no refund form… hmm
1 million tests a year, add in 2 million additional provisional licenses during lockdown and you’ve got yourself a decent little money maker conning people out of their money.
It’s all well and good trying to GASLIGHT people, making out as though they’re the problem and are talking nonsense but I think the evidence is starting to mount up a little now.
If you have 2 years worth of backlog then you shouldn’t continue to take on new customers, should you? Clear the backlog and then continue to take peoples money and provide a service. But the FACT of the matter is you’re just a thief taking advantage of hard working people and making out as though they’re in the wrong and you haven’t just conned them out of their money.
The UK public are having a hard enough time as it is with everything going on and I’m sure as heck that they don’t need the added stress of you on top.
Do us all a favour.
AVOID!!!
AVOID!!!! I booked and paid in full for a 6 hour course with driving test for my son back in June 2021. Since then we have been messed around, told there was no driving instructor or tests available. My request for a refund in Dec 2021 was ignored. In April '22 a test was booked and then cancelled, there is now a test booked in Scotland for July 22 (we live in Milton Keynes!). Getting in touch with this company is impossible, they do not answer the phone, respond to emails or return voicemails. I have even attempted to contact via facebook but that page appears to have been taken down. I have emailed owner Mark Elliott, I hope he will do the decent thing and refund the cost of the course, minus the cost of the test as I will get that rearranged...we shall wait and see!
It looks like he's used everyone's money to pay for him and his partner to open "Foxy's" in Swansea. I can't post the link but if you google him and his partner, Nicola Fox, there is an article from "Wales online" dated Jan 22.
Mark has also recently opened a new driving company "MY INTENSIVE COURSE LTD" (company number 13969627) March 2022.
think this sites scam
booked in june and still no test our a even a refund shocking at communicating
Scam promise me lessons and test and…
Scam promise me lessons and test and not received anything they have not set out what I was told that was 2 years ago I'm furious that I let this company take my money and I've lost count how many times I've asked to be refunded numiorios times and nothing filled out forms to the best of my ability I've now passed my test while these jokers have my money
Absolutely appalling customer service - unconvinced is a legitimate company
Absolutely appalling company. I am not even convinced it is a legitimate company. My husband paid £248 deposit for an intensive 18 hour course with test included. We received confirmation of payment which did not seem at all authentic, The test was indeed booked and the date was provided. Apart from that, there was virtually no correspondence. We have had to chase constantly for updates and when we managed to get through on the chat, we were told that they were trying to find an instructor. It got so close to the test date and no lessons had been organised but again, no updates provided. We decided to request a refund and followed instructions from the gentleman on the chat, who was not helpful at all, to fill out the refund form on the website. We did this correctly and the website advises that it will be dealt with within 7 days. This was 1 month ago. Since then, my husband managed to get through on the phone line and was advised that the money will be refunded to him by 6pm on that day. This was promised twice and we have received nothing still. We have been advised by trading standards / citizens advice to contact them advising of a breach of contract under common law and claim for damages. We are very disappointed and feel let down. If there was such a backlog due to the pandemic, the should have been upfront about this from the start and also not taken any further bookings.
Avoid dont waste hard earnt cash!!!
I am writing this on behalf of my partners experience, unfortunately he paid £700 for an intensive course this was june last year and still no lessons!! I appreciate we have been in the middle of a pandemic and due to this many things have been cancelled major operations, birthday, wedding, even funerals so I can see why some driving lessons or intensive courses are cancelled what I cant understand is why this company continued to take bookings and take peoples money if it is a real reputable company surly you would stop and tell people you can't guarantee lessons or test. For 4 months now myself & my partner have chased this company for a refund because we decided to book and pay for lessons with a local instructor which cost even less them this intensive course. We have managed to speak to advisers by the name of Simon & Liam and have been told that a refund would be processed minus the £25 admin fee and the cost of the driving test within 30 days and no refund has been processed and now we are trying to chase this again all live chats on the web site have been closed and unable to open. Again an email has been sent to the email address on the web site and no reply. Unfortunately my partner did not read these reviews before booking he took this company at face value as alot of people have I hope that everyone on here manages to solve there issue and get there money back or a course/test but in the mean time if the company would like to reply to this review and advise leaving a phone number email address and a name of a human who can and will deal with our enquiriy I will but extremely shocked but at the same time greatful esp if they are going to do the decent thing and return are hard earnt cash.

Paid £900 for lessons and tests as a birthday present in January. Promptly got a theory test date but unfortunately, she failed. Was then told she hadn't qualified for "unlimited" theory tests as she hadn't revised enough online. I checked the t's and c's, no time frames for minimum amount of revision. I responded asking for proof they had monitored her revision and they went silent. Luckily I used PayPal who got me the full refund. Thanks for the free theory test... Fools.

Please don't use this company it's a total scam. They send a mass email to driving instructors in your area and try to get you a booking. Contact driving instructors direct you will get a better service.
Lowest of the low breaking peoples…
Lowest of the low breaking peoples hopes and dreams, fortunately PayPal have made a full refund and having already had the theory test I guess for once the scammer is out of pocket.
If there was a no star option I would…
If there was a no star option I would have taken it. Do not believe any positive reviews they are fake. My daughter wanted an intense course to prepare for her test and parted with £200 for the test to be booked and a driving instructor sourced. The driving test was booked in January and there was no other communication from the company despite constant messages and emails sent. Eventually, they contacted the day before the test could be cancelled for free to say she could have a refund if she cancelled the test but there was no instructor available. She wanted to keep the test and asked for a refund of only the difference between the test and the additional costs which they refused. My daughter took and passed her test today but it was family not intensives that got her through this. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Scammers AVOID AVOID AVOID
Avoid this company at ALL COSTS, they are scammers, they lie, they con you out of the money you pay!!! I wouldn't even give this company 1 star they are that bad! They don't answer the phone when you phone them, they never reply to any email sent!! Based on personal experience with them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!!!
Avoid, scammed out of £500
Booked an intensive course and test date over a year ago, had little to no correspondence, contact number disconnected, emailed multiple times, have never been able to speak to anyone on the online chat. I have tried to contact in every way multiple times a month since booking and paying £500 upfront. Still no reply or contact from them. Extremely annoyed.
Do Not Deal With This Company!
Do Not Deal With This Company!
They took our money, had a quick date for the Theory Test, Happy Days! After that nothing! rang and rang, no reply. A date suddenly appeared for a test but didn't trust them to get an instructor, so cut our losses, we booked with Pass 4 U, this test was already booked for 6 months! This was suddenly changed 3 days before the test! to test centre in Scotland! Managed to get an online chat but excuses that they had emailed us with dates, as there was no dates available in Southend, never got any emails and what happened to my test booked for 6 months! Scam company! No regard that we have to pay for an intensive course with no test at the end for my son.
