I didn't have a good experience with the AA so gave these guys a call and they immediately set me up with an amazing driving instructor. Really enjoyed my experience...And I passed first time! Definitely recommend.

Absolute scammers, Mark Elliott the worst, stealing peoples monies and delivering nothing, this company should be closed down and this guy struck off doing any business again

SCAM ALERT!!!!
Do not be tempted to deal with them. You will loose your money.

My daughter has been trying for over a year to get her money returned, even using their re imbersment form.
Initially she sat the theory teat at the designated venue and due to missing it by 1 point she booked in for a retake. She caught the bus to Skegness for the venue, only to find noone there at the booked time and it all locked up, Having waited 2 hours for a show I then had to fetch her home.
She has sent countless emails and phoned this firm over 100 times , who, by law, owe her £543.
It is alot of money for someone who is only able to gain 12hr contracted work with a local firm in Mablethorpe, Lincs.
These are an unreliable firm who don't even reply to emails or answer phonecalls. If I could leave the star box blank ,I would do. I strongly advise not to pay any money to them, because you will not get a refund!!!

SCAM. I've lost £877 pounds, they are trained in scamming they kept me waiting for 2 years saying they'll message me next week ect I stupidly fell for it and now it's been too long for thr bank to dispute them and get me a refund. The company have ignored my numerous refund requests im now taking it to the police! They also answer the new customer line but not the existing customer lines! Absolutely ridiculous.

The worst thing is he's taken all our money and now appears in the local newspaper saying he's opening a cafe called foxys in Swansea and plans to retire in five years based on money he's conned. He's a former bankrupt. Avoid. What is going on ??? Read the reviews below and ask yourself how is this guy getting away with this??? So many people been ripped off and he's then in a local newspaper being praised as a business man. Shame on Welsh times and shame on mark Elliot

honestly do not know where to start with this company!! a total SCAM!!! i could real off everything that has gone wrong but everyone has already covered that just if you want to pass your driving test then go with someone else!!!

This company is a joke they take your money promise you everything and nearly 2 years on I'm still trying to get my money back I have sent countless emails I've got my boss to contact these people as well as he has a degree in business law, and its because of these people I haven't got my promotion they have all my spare money so can't even book with someone else! I'm disgusted and angry is an understatement I want this blokes head on a platter how can you take people's hard earned money and then ignore them

Theives and scam artists! So glad I did not pay in full but still lost money I can't afford to!! Still chasing my refund after almost a Yr of trying ! Thankfully I went elsewhere and passed my test but this scam cost me a job and over a years delay!! DO NOT GIVE THESE SCAMMERS ANY MONEY !!! I WILL BE TAKING LEGAL ACTION.

An awful service all around!!!!!! The staff are sarcastic and completely unhelpful bar one person who actually seemed like he had a decent bone in his body. I paid a deposit for an 18hr course in 2020 and 2 years later (covid obviously disrupted this as well) I still haven't had my course, two moved tests and nothing! I got in contact with a local instructor MYSELF and have booked 18 hours but apparently there are no instructors around to do my course for my test date in December. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! I don't believe they have even been looking for an instructor for me I asked them to show me the emails that they send to their instructors with the instructors name and email address blurred out but they said they are under no obligation to do so (seems like they definitely weren't sending emails to any instructors for me). AGAIN AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - I have sought legal action and I will be taking this further. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!

I had to get the police involved to get my money back, if you need your money back, get in touch with your bank, contact action fraud through the police, call 101 and your local police station will guide you, file a report. You can also report to cyber security, and lastly you can do another report to citizens advice bureau. I only got my money back because I got in touch with my bank. Mark Elliot (the director) is a fraudulent scum. Steer away from this company. Its awful!

Terrible company booked over 6 months ago never had information and fighting to get my money back and given every excuse when phoning up to find out what’s happening and when they are able to get my course done

NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR!!! Booked intensive course 6 months before the start date and paid in full. Service cannot be provided by them as promised and naturally requested and expected a full refund of all monies paid. NEVER HAVE RECEIVED A PENNY BACK 2 YEARS LATER......NOW I HAVE LEFT WITH A SOLICITOR AND LEGALS

Please stay away from this site I have been waiting 18 months to get my course but I have still not got anything it is a joke they take your money and run. You can contact them as much as you like but they will not respond.

Would be 0 if possible, they have taken a deposit from me about 18 months ago and refuse to refund it, could get me name right at first, didn’t contact me for months at a time an caused my theory to run out. They are 10000% a scam. A slap in the face is more pleasant then dealing with their customer service.
