They too the money and did not contact me at all, they removed the phone number from the website. they moved my test several times without telling me i even went through the trouble of finding another instructor so i could sit my test and then they moved it from luton to scotland 2 days before my test. i have requested a refund and obviously they havent replied or come through with any sort of contact. my original test was meant to be 11 of febuary and i still haven't had one lesson or a test since. absolute shambles of a company.

Absolutely terrible.
Paid in full in Feb 2021 for myself and my husband. My test was organised and cancelled numerous times because instructor had double booked or they couldn’t find me one.
My husband was lucky and his instructor followed through and he passed first time in August 2021.
Finally got me an instructor allocated in Feb 2022, 1 month before my test who wanted me to do 8 hours a day when I was 8 months pregnant.
Finally got a refund in full in March 2022. More annoyed at the fact that I was messed around for so long. My job relies on me driving so I’m now limited in my duties in work.
Definitely Avoid!

Booked intensive course 3 months before the start date and paid in full. Service cannot be provided by them as promised and naturally requested and expected a full refund of all monies paid and still received not a penny. Here we are 2 months later, no communication and no refund. Despicable company. Very unhappy customer.

Very bad company! Avoid at all costs. I booked an intensive course with them back in September 2021, and my lessons and test was supposed to be back in January 2022, but but the middle of January I still had heard nothing so started to ring and email them to get some information. But they finally replied and told me that they had to push the lessons and test to March, so I waited and by March still nothing, literally by the end of march I had nothing from them despite calling them LITERALLY over 25 times. Finally by April they said they'll give me a refund, and said I'll get it within a few days. Months past and still no refund despite constant calling and emailing, and if they ever did pick up the phone (only happened twice) they said they'll give the refund to me by the end of the week.

By August 2022 (almost a year past) I had a enough and spammed them with emails and calls, and finally I received my £277 refund! What a relief. But please don't go with this company, it will spare you so much time, stress and frustration. But if they still owe you money, don't give up, and spam them with emails and calls.

SCAM SITE - AVOID!!! Overcharged my card and absolutely no response to requests for a refund. They even texted my daughter trying to get her to pay MORE MONEY(!!) and the mobile number is linked to other known scams. Still trying to get Starling Bank to refund me... DO NOT USE!!!

I booked and paid for an intensive course 11 months ago. I was contacted by an instructor once, who booked but didn’t turn up on the day. I haven’t had a reply to any of my emails since.
Clearly they still have my money though!

Iv give them 11 months to sort my lesson out and in the end it was just all lies they own me over £1000 and Surprise surprise now I want my money back and no one reply emails or calls I really don't how they Allow to carry on their business It's a disgrace

No one answering phone paid £300 a year ago no one answering emails can’t get an answer have sent 3 emails asking for refund nothing. Total scam

If there was a zero star option then I would choose that waited 4 months for nothing and wont refund me utter useless people anyone who is thinking of using this company call you bank first and they will tell you themselves this companys is an outright scam

The most horrific, horrible, heartless company we have ever endured. UTTERLY useless from start to finish! Our son’s test was booked, we waited months and spent thousands on lessons (privately as no surprise they did nothing) only for him to arrive all prepped at the test centre and “INTENSIVES” had CANCELLED his test days prior to fit someone else in WITHOUT letting us know! Totally heartbroken family!!! I will not stop here for sharing our experience, I could not bare any other family having to suffer these disgraceful cowboys! DECLAN, you are an incredibly rude, wet behind the ears individual and your “I would say company but it’s far too much of a compliment” should all hold your heads in shame! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

I have booked an intensive course with this company in February 2022 and I am still waiting now. (5/6 months on)

How do I go about getting my money back?

I have tried going to the bank for help and they have refused due to it being over 51 days and I have put a claim in via the website - does anyone have any advise that can help me?

I'd honestly give them zero if I could. They sorted my theory test with absolutely no issue then no correspondence afterwards to sort out lessons. I ended up looking elsewhere and passed my test in January. After contacting them on numerous occasions I still haven't received a refund or any other communication. I understand that covid has backed everything up but I managed to sort 30 hours of lessons and a test with no bother and it was much less hassle. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Just to confirm that this company are fraudulent. Our bank has refunded us after we reported to the police and action fraud- please do the same.

Paid a deposit for my grandson to have intensive course of driving lessons. Was told they would begin in May nothing happening. Tried to email and phone them cannot contact them at all. Have requested a refund using their form on line again no response. Can anyone help?

I paid a deposit for the 12hour course, they said it will be up and running for 19th may, it's now the 30th may and nobody is awnsering the phone, upon further investigation, I have found them to be a scam , do not go with them! I will be reporting them to the police fraud squad or action fraud , sorry for everyone else's loss it's disgusting that people do this to other people.

Booked in November 2021 and paid in full for 24hrs lessons and test . Did not do anything,have requested a refund which I was told I wasn't entitled to. Have sent numerous emails and texts ,a couple of bs replys and now not even an acknowledgement of receipt.They are lower than low ,ripping off normal hard working folks. I'm seeking advice as not sure if small claims or if this is police worthy ?!. Surely the numbers are enough to prove they are dishonest?. If everyone on here contacted watchdog or something maybe there would be an investigation into their dealings ? worth a try.

I've sent a message to BBC watchdog and it only takes a few minutes,if more people do all at once maybe they will take more notice. Nothing to loose.

I have been chasing this company for weeks on end for an update. I have already had one test cancelled by them and have another one coming up next but still have no instructor.

I have requested a refund but no body is replying.

I have also seen that has started another driving school up most recently.

Anybody else having issues with this company
