Here to add to the extensive list of bad reviews.
This company had no issue taking my money and holding it for 6 months!. No contact AT ALL from them that entire 6 months, I had to chase them every week and even spent 4.5 hours on their online chat to no avail. 10 calls to their "existing customer" extension line and nothing. However they picked up instantly if you chose the option of a new customer (of course they prioritised taking your money over existing customers). They had no answer for why they haven't contacted me for 6 months and just said sorry. It then took 3 days of calling and hounding them to give me my money back when they finally had enough and refunded me. I have the mind to take them to court for fraud and breach of contract but I dont want to waste my time any further on the PATHETIC company.
To add insult to injury they even called me sasha, not my name.

Absolute fraud of a company. I have contacted and reported them to trading standards, how they can still take peoples money is beyond me. I'd sleep happy knowing this company goes into bankruptcy.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Do not book, my Son paid in full. Theory test booked in Kent when we live in Essex. Theory test is booked after the date he indicated that he wanted to have past his test. No driving hours given and told that can't have driving hours until he has passed his theory test. Have sent numerous emails and phoned, limited response. Have asked for a full refund and now told that he is not eligible. Scandalous to take that money from a young person. Have now raised with Trading Standards, informed the local crime stoppers, have contacted watchdog and waiting for a response and now made an application to a small claims court. Do not go anywhere near the company as just ripping off young people.

Do not book.
I booked with them in August and got a test book for October okay. Then checked a few weeks later and it had been changed from Oct to November in Scotland ( I don't live in Scotland ). Finally got it back to October after loads of back and forth. Then a few days before my test got told I couldn't get any lessons due to availability, I'd been ringing for weeks at this point with no reply. I got a refund for the lack of lessons in the end, but the level of stress I went through trying to sort this out isn't something I'd wish on anyone

I don't know where to start. We paid a deposit in June and had no communication whatsoever about test dates or instructor details. Ny daughter has chased them several times to very scant information. She was promised a refund that has never arrived. To make matters worse, she booked her own test via a cancellation website, the test was supposed to happen today, she had rearranged lessons with her old instructor, turned up to the test centre and intensivesuk somehow cancelled it meaning she wasn't able to sit her test. She has tried constantly to get through today to them and still waiting to speak to somebody. Please do not use this company. They are unable to withhold their promise of driving tests, instructors or refunds. Not very impressed at all!

Is anyone else looking to take them to a small claims court? Please reach out if so, if there are enough of us looking for our deposits back we might be able to do something about it. I’ll also be reporting them to trades standards, I suggest anyone affected to do the same.

You can also report them as a scam through the government website.

Edit: just to explain why this is where I’m at with them- I paid for a deposit on a 12 hour course with them in AUGUST 2020, and have since not been contacted even once despite many attempts to reach out to them (email, phone etc.) I have proof of payment and an invoice from them so at this point what they’ve done is just illegal.

Please listen to me and do not book with these guys. I wish I did. Promised me a test and instructor within 2 months (of my booked test date) they didnt contact me at all after paying the deposit until really close to the test date where I had to call multiple times for an update. Near 3 days to my test I finally called and they told me they cant find any instructors or course. It is now 2 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a refund - looking to take this to a small claims court. The company preys on desperate learner drivers and may not give you a refund/may be a scam. Think why they are able to promise something most companies can't at lower prices.

If I could give no starts I would. Do not trust this company! I booked a 6 hour driving course with a fast track test with IntensivesUK for the 29th September and they emailed and booked the 5th November which was completely unacceptable for a start and then they managed to bring it foward to the 22nd October but never emailed me with details about the course. For a few weeks before the test I was emailing and phoning but got no reply. I then saw reviews on google about how its a scam and I decided id do the test and try get a refund. The day before the test I tried phoning again and that time I got through. I told them what had happened and they told me no one was available so they had to move it to the 14th Febuary!!! I told them that I had no email to tell me this and that I want a full refund as it was completely unacceptable and they told me I had to fill out a form online and I know it is going to be difficult to get my money back if I even do!

STOP NOW!! Do not hand over any money to this company! They will take a booking (no problem) and your money whether it be a deposit or payment in full. Chances of you seeing this again or your lessons are little to none. I made a booking for lessons (and test), for my son in June 2021. After zero contact for months, I expected a refund (promised and never given). Left up to credit card to section 75 chargeback. Finally October 2021 I received my refund (from credit card NOT intensive uk). I implore you not to use this company... BEWARE!

Please do not use this company. I booked my intensives course in may 2021 I hadn’t heard anything from the company and they wouldn’t respond to any of my emails for months. I then received an email in September 2021 from them offering a refund or a switch or course dates, I opted for a full refund. a month passes and still no refund in my account or contact from the company. I emailed AGAIN and surprisingly actually got the refund money put into my account that day. However, I’ve seen a lot of reviews with people who didn’t receive their refund, so please don’t use this company it’s a scam.

This company has given me the most stress I’ve ever felt in my life. Changing my boyfriends test further and further away just so they don’t have to dish up lessons. Put a block on it, they won’t be able to do anything my boyfriend passed today thank god! just glad we’re happy to forget about this company. Absolute nightmare. 100% do not recommend. Has put me through hell

I booked my intensive course in April I quickly passed my theory test and was told I'd get someone phone me to arrange my driving lessons and test in a few weeks I kept waiting and waiting then to be told in August there is no driving instructors available so I asked for a refund and was told 4 times I'd receive it in the next few days and I've still not received it and we are now in October I would avoid at all cost as they will take your money and leave you with nothing!

Once they have your money, they run. I booked a course earlier this year and they gave me the date for the test. The test is now 2 weeks away and i need 42 hours of lessons, but they haven't contacted me once to arrange anything. They don't answer the phones, they don't answer their emails, the live chat is a waste of time. Please never give this company your money

I booked back in March 2021 and since then they have not contacted me unless I rang customer services. They constantly make promises over the phone which they then fail to deliver on. I am still struggling to get a refund as they only do that by email and when you ring up they say they will take you name and nothing happens. Ive have had instructors ring me and say to get a refund and to not use this company as they are not paying them enough and that nobody would accept their offers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Absolutely awful experience with this company! Given a test date then hear absolutely nothing from the regarding lessons, get through to them finally to be told I’m better of finding my own instructor!
Now I have to go through the process of trying to get a refund which I honestly don’t hold out much hope for!

Awful experience! I booked my course in april 2021 and managed to get a test for october. I heard nothing from them unless I phoned them and kept getting false promises that an instructor will get back to me soon. I didn't hear from an instructor until september, after booking in a weeks worth of lessons with my instructor called John Harris he then messaged me to say his availability has now changed and then used the fuel shortage as a cop out to not be able to give me any lessons. After phoning the course multiple times I finally got through a week before my test and had to cancel.

This company is a joke.
They are unable to book me a test and find an instructor but are dilly dallying when it comes to giving me a refund!
They have no intent of booking a test for you!
They will take your money when you are desperate!

I booked my test with them over a year ago. I was messed around a lot when it initially started with my theory test. Covid impacted and my theory was moved to april. I passed my theory and tried contacting them but had no reply through email and no answer on the phone for a month. Finally managed to get through to "Mark" on the phone and was told that my test would be booked etc... I've not heard anything from them since, I know my test was booked for November but not even a confirmation from this absolutely appalling company. Save yourself the stress and book through an actually driving instructor, it may cost more but you are guaranteed not to be messed about. Still trying to get a refund after 3 months of trying to no available. Will most likely have to take this to court

Seems to be a very very bad company. My daughter paid a deposit back in April and since then has been stalled and no answers to any attempts to contact. Everybody please pursue refunds with Credit Card and/or Debit Card companies if within the time limit. Pursue with Small Claims if outside this period. Good Luck.

Dont use this company paid them 350 and havent heard a thing from them

Awful company ran by Incompetent money grabbing team members. Booked an intensive course over 4 months ago and was assured a test would be found before my theory ran out. Weekly Ive had to chase them up and was given nothing but empty promises time and time again. I even offered to re-take my theory and was assured by “Chris” that there was absolutely no need and it would be sorted.

Just 2 weeks before my theory runs out I have been sent an invoice for a theory test and told I am not entitled to a refund and they have changed everything on the website including their terms and conditions and deposit price. Not a single apology for the inconvenience and stress they have caused me.
