Do not waste your money on these vile pathetic people. They have scammed me from my money and are now ignoring all my emails! I still haven’t had my refund and they clearly have no intention to refund me. I’ve had to book my driving test and pay extra separate from this “company”. I have taken legal advice against them which is most likely going to result in taking them to court. I am disgusted.

Just been on live chat for 4 hours waiting for someone to chat to what rubbish this company is don't even know if my grandson has got a driving instructor before his test in October hope that they are pleased with everyone they have let down 10 out of 10 for been rubbish do not get involved with them

If u av booked with this company ring DVLA & but a block on your test at the test center so they cart remove it cos this company don't only take your money & not answer the phone they ring up & change your test date & give it to uva people all the time az we'll very bad 👎👊🤬

Terrible company. They took my deposit for a course in April 2021 which they then didn’t book, and then they tried to offer me a test date 3 months later than when I had initially booked my test.
I wanted a refund and told refunds are dealt with by the customer service team who only communicate by email. I have made 10+ phone calls and 10+ emails to discuss my refund but have heard nothing back about it.
The company still hasn’t refunded my deposit and it is now September 2021.
I will be communicating with the ombudsman and/or trading standards as this scam of a company do not do or respond to anything.
DO NOT USE, DONT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY

TOTAL RIP OFF took my money, didn't provide a driving course, told to email for a refund, 65 emails later and they still have not replied or refunded me. Spoke to them on the phone, never any managers available to speak to, all they do is lie and say send an email AVOID THESE DISGUSTING LYING FAKE SCUMBAGS don't know how they sleep at night

They have taken my money and not given me anything at all no contact no nothing misses my test because they did not arrange a driver as stated. My money was taken but they do not provide any service what so ever do not book with these scammers they will take your money and provide nothing at all and they do not have a contact number and will not reply to any emails. Fraudulent liars. Scumbags.

Don't give them a penny, paid a deposit and never heard from them again.

Firstly DO NOT sign up with them unless you want to be messed about- without getting what you have paid for. The company thinks they are clever with their illegal T&C's and fake postal address. If you have been scammed them, send a recorded letter to the address- I know the letter will not arrive but this is the address the company has given.
Then contact your bank or credit card as they will get your money back.
Report them to fraud department & DVSA- soon they will be investigated and jailed
Don't fall into their trap!

Con artists, have spoken to them probably 10 times in the past month and every time they have fobbed me off and told me they would get back to me and havent. The staff are cocky and arrogant. Mark Elliot took money from me when I was unwell and promised me to help me through the process and ignores my emails after I sent him money.

Words cannot describe how painful this process has been and I do not expect to get my money back from them. Fraudulent company that are going to be under investigation very soon.

I’ve just read other reviews, fighting to get our deposit back? How can they still be conning people out of money? They allowed me to book dates, paid a deposit and have heard nothing? Sent emails and phoned… I feel sick if we can’t get our deposit back, as my son has saved hard to pay for this course. I give a -0 rating, i will fight them all the way. AVOID AVOID AVOID 🤬

This is basically a big con. We booked a course for our son and was advertised on the website that the date we wanted was available. It was not available. When I checked DVSA website a test had been booked 3 months after the date we wanted almost 350 miles away.
Customer service is non existent, they do not answer the phone nor reply to emails.
I would avoid at all costs, there are probably better companies out there, but I doubt that there are worse.

The whole process was just absolutely shocking. They gave me an instructor that was taking someone for there test the same time as me, I had to insure my car with little notice and use my own money for fuel even though id already forked out for a course and test and if i hadnt of done that I wouldn't of been able to sit my test. I had a 12 hour crash course and they didn't give me an instructor till 3 days before my test.. 4 hours driving and learning is a long time sat down. They told the instructor that my test was on Friday and her other pupil was on Thursday but we was both on the same day and time so this morning I had no pep talks or proper warm up lesson before my test. Completely unprepared and just not professional at all. Overall I failed obviously, so hopefully 2nd time lucky. Money wasted

Would give zero but I can’t. I had my driving test booked and then they let me down a few days before with no communication leading up to it. I called and called but didn’t get no answer and sent loads of emails and didn’t get a reply and made me pay a deposit but then didn’t give me an instructor so Now I have to cancel my test.

would give zero stars if that was an option. Fell sorry for the guys that take the calls to be honest.. Still awaiting a refund from June.. All the answer you get is I will pass it on to my manger, its been passed onto the management weekly since June and they have done sod all about it.. Not sure where the good reviews on here come from.. Staff I would imagine.. read the FB reviews also.

I booked and paid for the 48 hour intensive course for my daughter in May. She received correspondence from a so called instructor and her theory was booked. She attended and passed the theory and since then it's been complete silence! We have messaged over and over with no response at all. They are now responding and saying they have no record of our transaction at all. Very disappointing please avoid!!!

i booked and payed for in full the 36 hour course over 3 months ago but still have heard nothing about my instructor. they told me i had a test booked for the 7th of september but this is two weeks away and i have heard nothing. i have sent several emails with no response and every time i ring it goes to answerphone. do not book through this company.
update - it is now the 18th of October, my test date came and went with no contact from the company and I am still attempting to secure a refund

I agree with all the bad reviews. Seems like a lottery, if they manage to deliver lessons then great but they seem too often to not deliver what is promised. I booked for my son. I had to chase for news as they didn't tell me when they booked a test. I had to sit in call queues day after day being promised a call back which did not materialise. A few days before the test they admitted they could not provide an instructor. I would've excused alot because of covid but false promises, lack of information, failure to deliver and still not responding to my request for a refund are inexcusable.

Very bad service. It has been almost 3 months and I am still asking for my refund. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM!!
