DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY Turned out to be a scam
I booked an 18 hour course in May 2021 paid in full, they managed to get me a test date for end of August but 2 weeks before my test I rang up and they told me they didn’t have any instructors available after weeks of ringing for updates luckily I managed to find my own instructor. But avoid at all costs they are quick enough to take your money but just ignore you from then. Not even worth 1 star AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS!

Appalling business to deal with - avoid at all costs
Booked for my grandson on 10th June after being promised that a test by 30th July was achievable. Been asking for a refund since 22nd July as heard nothing. Even a 7 day notice with County Court claim form attached has failed to get a response. Now filed a Section 75 claim with my credit card company, found a local instructor and used the DVSA App to get a test cancellation. Even so he has still had to pay £180.00 today to re-take his CBT so he can continue to get to work as his test date is October. They promise to deliver what you ask for, can't meet the promise and then hide behind an answerphone message blaming the national lockdown. Shocking way to treat young people.

Booked 42 hour course for son in March, paid in full, test on 26 August, no Instructor, no response from customer services, no supervision in office, no returned calls when requesting refund, absolutely disgusting customer service.

Absolutely appalling service- I have emailed, called, waited on the live chat service every couple of days since I first paid my deposit to Intensivesuk back in April, I am still no closer to having any lessons booked in so have requested a refund using the procedure their answerphone message tells me to use. Nobody has replied or refunded me in the 2 weeks I've been waiting. I explained multiple times on the few times I did manage to speak with them that I needed to learn during my 5 week summer holiday as I am a teacher and cannot learn any other time- they always assured me this would be absolutely fine but have since completely neglected me, have not communicated with me and have not got me any driving lessons. I am now looking into how to report this company as fraudulent as they have taken my deposit and not provided me with any service.

Me & my partner are both recent customers with Intensives UK. I’ve had a brilliant experience with them even throughout the COVID pandemic. (Sometimes busy ringing) Ive gone from passing my theory test to passing my practical exam with flying colours. A massive step in the right direction for me & my partner thanks to Intensives UK. Peter was my driving instructor he has a typical ,old-school’ style of teacher which suited me well. I found Intensives UK overall a quicker & more confident route to get you on the road especially during Covid, I found they have priority spaces for theory & practical test days whereas friends of mine who are doing independently are still waiting for test days. (8+ months later)
Background I’ve previously attempted my practical test (independently) & failed miserably. I wasn’t confident or had knowledge of road safety. Intensive UK helped me massively.
Bottom line , they are worth the money :
can’t put a price on safety, confidence gained & priority test days.

My son booked a 5 hour course with a test at the end to recap as covid had his test cancelled twice. He had a confirmation email to say that he was booked in today so he turned up only to be told that this was a test only, no communication from them to him regarding any lessons, he assumed they were happening prior to the test all in one day. Needless to say he missed his test as he does not have a car and his theory runs out in a couple of weeks so no time to get another test booked in. We will be trying for a refund and to report these clowns to whichever ombudsman is responsible!

Like lots of people if it was possible to give zero stars or less for this company then that is what I would have done.
We paid £120 back in April and a driving test for my son was booked for 17 August. That I'm afraid to say was the extent of the service I received.
No emails, no phone calls, nothing whatsoever. We had initially intended on the 6 hour crash course but decided last month not to spend any more money with this company as we had no contact with them at all.
It's since been a nervous few weeks leading up to my son's test date as we were half-expecting them to cancel it and book for someone else. Thankfully this did not happen and my son took his test earlier today and passed.
How can companies like this be allowed to get away with this lack of service. It's an absolute disgrace. Please, please don't use them as they're a nightmare!

After numerous times of phoning and emailing this company.

SCAM! SCAM! I think Ricky below is making up his review. This company has now been reported for fraud . I tried to ring them for my daughter who had a test booked for 24th August and had not heard nothing about her crash course and was unable to contact them. I did a bit of investigating And found what I thought was another contact number. The guy answered the phone straight away but it was not this company, but he also ran a driving school. He has received numerous complaints about Intensives Uk and has personally reported them for fraud. My daughter tried to get her money back from her bank but because he has not had confirmation of cancellation from the company, she is unable to. She has cancelled the driving test to free it up for someone else but the money will be refunded to Intensives uk who booked it on her behalf. Luckily she only paid £180 up front so is not out of pocket as much as the others on here.
Terrible company do not book
I booked back in May with reassurance that there would be an instructor available in August. I have yet to receive any form of correspondence and it is impossible to reach them. I am moving to a new area so even if they told me there was a delay it would be possible for me to complete the course. I have waited 3 months to just be disappointed and not being able to drive has cost be job opportunities.
Awful service
I can’t be asked to waste time to go through all the stress with this company, I just advised to look elsewhere. I booked a course with several months in advance. Received no correspondence and when I tried to contact them it took days. Long story short I was told no instructors available I could wait longer or get a refund. I took my refund after 2 weeks booked with another company who got me a test 10 days later where my experience was totally different and just passed with only 2 minors.

We are all busy with the COVID issues but it’s so unfair in not making contact with people who have paid up front in full . My Son should be having a test the end of August. We cancelled our holiday so he could have this test which we lost a lot of money for . Only for this company to not advise about his course . If they read people contact us ASAP we could do with all this extra stress your putting our family under .

I booked a driving course on the 10th of may and paid £992 I did not hear anything back. I have been chasing this up and still not heard anything. If I could give no stars I would! I booked and paid in full for my son to have 12 hours of driving lessons at the end of June and was told at the time of booking that we should here details of his instructor by the end of the week. He had a cancelation test booked for the 28th July. I have contacted them many times, initially I did get to speak with some customer servises staff who were very polite (perhaps that does merit the 1 star), and was told it had been escalated and I should here back. More recenlty it seems that there is no one to answer the phone, and I have waited all day of the online chat and got no response. The date of my sons test has come and gone, and I have had no calls or any other form of contact. I have sent an email requesting a full refund, and followed that email up, but am yet to hear anything.
Whilst I appreciate that the whole world of driving lessons and tests has been turned upside down over the last year or more, this is the worsed case of over promising and delivering nothing.

After struggling to find myself a test date I decided to sign up with Intensives UK in June, after 3 weeks they had managed to get me a test date for 29th July, after a cancellation had appeared in my local test centre. I completed my 18 hour course with a fantastic instructor who intensives UK found and I passed my test 1st time. I personally had no issues or problems with this company and would recommend them to anyone.
