Been writing emails frequently and they’re just not answering

paid for 42 hours in full in April to which i explained that i had booked the practical test for the 8th May and that my job relied on me getting a licence to drive which i was told that an instructor had been booked and everything was on plan. The week before my test i was told that they had to change my instructor as he had "personal issues" and wouldn't be instructing me but was reassured that i would have lessons ready for my test on the 8th, 3 days before my test i was told that this other instructor would have to cancel and the test would have to be moved which i explained that i need to get the licence for work and this is when they became rude and told me they had moved my test so i couldn't do it on that day. the day after i was supposed to have my test i decided to check if they had changed the dates for a new one which i found out they didn't. the only time i got through to the after i found out they didn't do what they said they would do i was met with rudeness and an instant end to the phone call as the person instant cut me off. i am now over £1000 out of pocket with no licence and having to pay for the test again. Please if you don't want to get ripped off by these thieves go with an independent instructor. i have kept myself composed through this review but i'm very angry.

Excellent driving instructors with very helpful advice in order to get you behind the wheel as soon as possible. They have a great approach to teaching which makes you feel very comfortable and under minimal pressure so you can be confident. On top of this comes good banter - making it a fun experience. Couldn’t recommend more

Had to chase them up a couple times as they were really busy but overall a good company and got me a test this side of the year

I had an excellent experience learning with Mark. I had a top-up course which included the practical test. He gives an excellent calm and confident environment for learners and allows them to adapt to their own style of driving. Highly recommended instructor!

Amazing experience with Intensives UK, passed first time on both theory and my practical test although my practical was moved once or twice but I know this is due to back log from covid recommended my friend too and they had the same experience!

Absolutely amazing experience with this driving company! So grateful they helped me pass first time really could not of done it without them, so patient and helpful with every obstacle when it comes to learning to drive honestly could not say enough good things about them!

I Booked a course with this company and had a brilliant experience. Very friendly and welcoming people, with lovely and patient driving instructors. Due to their knowledge and professionalism, I managed to pass first time and have recommended it to all of my friends learning to drive.

Worst company ever I wait for refund more than 2 weeks. I will act this company on the court. Don't work with them they are liers
