Terrible experience. They left me till the last minute without an instructor and I had to find an emergency car hire for my test for £229. Luckily I passed without doing the crash course then they took forever to process my £450 refund and kept lying that someone would call/email me back. Don’t waste your money on these incompetent people. You’re better off with a normal instructor
Don’t book this company
Please, please, please don’t go with this company. They lack communication and are a complete mess, I booked in May and didn’t hear anything for months. I had to request a refund and feel very lucky I got it back. Read everyone’s reviews before booking with them, the company don’t care about their customers. Save yourself the hassle and don’t book with them.
No communication
Booked and paid for a course in November last year, had theory test booked with them as well which kept getting rescheduled, fair enough it's the government's doing not theirs I could live with that.
What I can't live with is the complete lack of communication, emails ignored phone calls ignored etc
Eventually get my theory test passed once test centres opened up again, then waiting weeks for them to even acknowledge that I had passed my theory test and to start looking for driving tests. After several one way emails I finally got hold of them on Facebook and they started looking for a test date.
Fast forward another month or two and I finally have a test date (again I know the test centres are busy and was willing to wait if I was told what was going on). I start with my instructor, do the full 18 hours I'd paid for and show up at the test centre at the time and date provided only to be told the test was cancelled and rescheduled weeks ago with zero communication letting me or my instructor know so we were both just stood there waiting for an examiner that would never come out.
I understand it's a busy time but the bare minimum I expect as a paying customer is basic communication. If I could rate 0/5 I would, I'm a pretty laid back person willing to give anybody the benefit of the doubt once twice even three times but as soon as they have your money you might as well not exist.
The owner of this company should be in prison for fraud
4 months ago I booked this course just for the practical test which I had already booked myself so all they had to do is get an instructor. Last week after 4 months of weak replies saying an instructor would get in touch my wife took her driving test to which she obviously failed as the result of a last minute reply from them saying “we have got an instructor and he will be in touch soon”. In addition to these crooks stealing my money I had to spend money on a car last minute to teach her myself as it was too late to cancel the test. Everyone in this company should get done for fraud. IF ANYONE THINKS OF GOING WITH THIS COMPANY PLEASE LISTEN TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR A COMPANY THAT HAS ACTUAL POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!!!

Booked a course and paid a deposit in February, I understood that things would have been delayed because of COVID-19 at that point. Anyway, I had a theory date booked and I asked the company if I could delay it, because I had emailed before the cut off point they allowed me too and "rescheduled" another date. I was told I would be told the date so I could get it off work, but I wasn't. I called and emailed around 30 times with no answer. I finally got through and asked for a refund, I was told that I had to put it in writing to their customer service email, so I did just that. Over a month later, still no response, still no email, still no refund. I have called up many times since then and been told that I will be an "Urgent" case because in their words they are "taking the mick" and yet still... I have no money back, so I'm short of hundreds of pounds, I have proceeded absolutely nowhere with a course, I can't really afford to pay for another intensive course with a better company and they aren't getting back to me, avoid this company at all costs. If you read the reviews on Facebook and also here you won't make the mistake which I did. I will not be changing my stance on this until I have my money back and a legitimate explanation into 1) why something so simple as telling me a date couldn't be done, 2) why they are so reluctant to give me my money back and 3) why I have been ignored for months. Absolutely disgusted and I am not one to write reviews and always give people the benefit of the doubt. Shocking service.
SHOCKINGLY BAD
Awful, non-communicative, obstructive, deceitful, RUDE and unhelpful. Honestly you couldn't make this up. Booked in good faith, paid in full.... Silence...... calls ignored, emails ignored, messages ignored and then when I finally get through (3 MONTHS after booking) they are rude obstructive and totally unhelpful. Add to that they initally refused to refund me for my course and made all manor of excuses including "They dont do email" "were just to busy to reply" "we get hundreds of calls a day and cant answer" (Not SURPRISED with this level of SHOCKING service!) "no ones here" "only do refunds by email (See above!" In the end I had to threaten legal action, and personal accountability action before someone actually spoke to me.... THEN became obstructive and put the phone down on me several times, really seriously, if your reading this then take HEED, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY .... EVER.....

Payed a deposit for a test for the 31st of July but received no confirmation, called and was told that even though i was able to select and pay for this date, this date was not available, asked about a refund but was told to email to ask for one which i did, however i have had no reply after 2 weeks.

If I could give zero stars then I would! Absolutely awful company. Rang them every week for 3 weeks to get updates about when my course would begin. They then tell me the week before the test they can’t find an instructor and to move my test date, even though they assured me if I took a cancellation slot for an earlier date then they would cover it.
They also do not have their own driving instructors! They take your money & then ring round all the local instructors in your area to try and get them to take you off their hands. 4/5 driving instructors who I rang for help, already had an email off intensiveUK trying to pass me over to them.
I have contacted customer services for a refund on the £180 deposit I paid, just to get no communication back what so ever.
Limited communication and customer service
I have mixed feelings about this company. I think out of a pandemic they may be able to provide a good service and seem to be a small company that would be willing to help. However, they’re using the pandemic to mask quite terrible customer service and organisation. The lack of confirmation emails and correspondence is concerning, no one replies to emails and phone calls take a good few tries to get through. I felt unsafe with this company holding my money given the lack of effort they put into their customers. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for my deposit to be refunded, have been told each time I’ve called it’s not been processed and they’ve processed it then on the spot. I’ve asked for written confirmation of my refund and my request has not been granted, such little effort is put into putting the customer at ease and communicating with them.
The staff also seem to be struggling and drowning in calls and seem to be reliant on the manager to provide us answers so when he’s isn’t around nothing can be done.
Hopefully I get my refund soon.

Do not use this company - please stay away. They mis sell by promising fast tests and that you will get updated throughout - that is not the case, after spending a whole week trying to contact them by phone I managed to get through, when I asked why my emails were not being answered I was told that customer services ignore emails unless it is a refund request!!! They don't respond to anything else. When I asked about a complaints procedure I was told they don't have one. I will be reported them to trading standards and taking legal action for mis selling unless I get a full refund. I was also informed that:

When I spoke to someone on the phone I was told that I had not been assigned a driving instructor, I then read out the email above and was told 'oh he's not an instructor, he is one the of sales guys'. Brilliant! More lies and mis representation.

This is the worst company I have ever known. Over one year I registered with them. they kept saying that they arranged an instructor for me but all that was deceit. A week before my test nothing they continued telling me that they will be in touch with my instructor to call me. I cancelled my test and written to them for a refund, they have not replied or said anything about my refund.

I have a mixed review of this company they did get me a test before my theory ran out but unfortunately I failed but if i had stuck to my original date 5th may at Wolverhampton i would of had time to try for a cancellation instead they changed it without notifying me to 28th may at wednesbury a test centre with a really low pass rate.
Also i was told on the day of my test I would get a message but received nothing .
My driving instructor was fantastic one of the nicest people calm and good instructor would highly recommend him
He even put off having his second covid vaccine incase it made him ill and couldn’t give me my lessons .
I have been trying to get a copy of my failed test so i can work on what i failed on that would of been emailed to them but when i have phoned ive been told mark is out of the office also 5 emails have been sent and not one replied too in 3 weeks its just a simple email back to me not to much to ask
Excellent service
Excellent service. Had to re-arrange various times at short notice due to work commitments and Covid, but had nothing but great customer service and patients. Highly recommend to get you where you need to be, the rest is up to your instructor.

Do not use them, My grandaughter booked them for an 18 hour course and test booked in on 13 th april 2021 for 28th may, she had been contacting them about the course she kept being told the instructor would be in touch, 3 days before her test after being fobbed off we are told her driving instructor had double booked and she had no instructor or car to take her test in was told they where refunding the deposit on 25th may, when it still had not been returned on the8 th june we contacted them again finally on the 10th it has been returned, not happy with their service they dont seem to care just keep fobbing you off when you call.
Theory struggle over and a full licence from today!
So happy to have passed first time today! Really struggled with my theory test, a few times 🙄 until I got a bit of help. Gutted I had to wait till now for a test but due to the fast track system I got one and passed after a 36 hr course. Can’t thank you guys enough, especially Kieran who kept me updated. After unsuccessfully trying to call this company and sending 7 mails to customer services I now know I have been ripped off. Phone calls are never answered and mostly the automated answering service still claims the office are closed.
Anyone looking for lessons avoid these like the plague can sum them up in one word DECEITFUL!
Zero communication…
I have to say the one star is for complete lack of communication.
I book a course in early March for the middle of May. At the time of booking I was told who my instructor would be and that he would call in April to confirm lesson times. Never happened.
Emailed the company several times with no reply. Eventually managed to get through on the phone to be told I had no instructor assigned. After this I had no communication until I posted a message on the Facebook page. Seem they only reply to social media.
They informed me I did have an instructor and he would be in touch shortly. Fast forward a few days and another message telling me that the instructor was double booked. They were looking for a new one. This was a few days before my course was due to start.
I then get another message asking me to meet my instructor near the test centre (which happened to be 3 bus journeys away). Not gonna happen.
I then get another message that my instructor will pick me up from home as agreed and would be in touch soon. Again didn't happen.
Two days after my course was due to start I get another Facebook message asking me if my instructor vhad been in touch. By this point they had not been replying to the messages/emails/phonecalls I had sent so they should have known this.
I had to cancel my driving test because of this awful company and no instructors being available anywhere.
I did get my deposit back but I had to go hunting for the correct address and write recorded letters threatening legal action.
Avoid this company at all costs....
