Great friendly customer service
Great friendly customer service, really helpful in advising what to do, would highly recommend.
Amazing experience with this company
Amazing experience with this company, had my test cancelled 3 times during lockdown and I finally passed today! Was kept informed at all times and my instructor was brilliant and very patient with me! Thank you Mark and all your team, would recommend
Be verycarefull
Be verycarefull, This company will take your deposit and then you will here nothing back. You can't get hold of anybody to ask for a refund as they ignore emails and then before you know it the 48hr refund window is up and your money has gone. Emailed Mark Elliot a number of times _ no reply, live chat is non existant. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

After a very rude phone call with a member of staff who had no care in the world.. after ignoring me for over 3 weeks ! I have still had no further communication, I asked for a refund and have emailed customer services!! I still have had no refund !!
Trying to give the benefit of the doubt but...
So I know there's a massive backlog on driving classes at the moment, but calling the contact number and being told the office is closed (I called 10am on a Friday) and to call back during opening times (Mon - Friday 9-6) is a joke gone too far.
I passed my theory 2 weeks ago and was told I would get a call back within 7 days. So far I've had to be the one to contact them for the next steps everytime, which I don't even mind doing, but if I can't even get through to someone, then there's a problem. When I call I always have to make sure to press 1 for new customers as that's the only chance I'll get at talking to someone. (Which seems kind of redundant to me, why keep collecting more new customers to leave bad reviews, if you can't service your current ones?)
I don't know if it's this difficult to get a driving test sorted at other schools but at this point I'm ready to look and find out. Unfortunately I have also paid a deposit, looking at some of the positive reviews on here I can only hope Intensives UK will see this review and HELP ME so I can give them a higher rating. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for a bit but I'm starting to feel like a bit of a mug, and wondering if I'm being scammed is not a nice feeling...lovely to speak to on the phone when you do eventually reach someone though.
Back into work!
So pleased to have passed my test so soon after lockdown. Was a pain waiting since I booked in November but good to their word, the company sorted my 48 hours with Jake and I passed! Would highly recommend these guys. Genuinely helped me get back into work now!
Intensives uk
Spoke to a man on the phone who was very polite and quick to help me. We talked about how many hours Ive done in a car and he guided me to book the right cause. I hadn’t passed my theory test at the time but he managed to get me a cancellation date as soon as possible and provided me with all the right training which lead to a first time pass.
He booked me in with a driving insurance as early as he could with the hours he advised me to take, the insurance was very nice and also had lots of positive feedback about the intensive cause business. The insurance made sure I was ready for my test on the day which lead to another first time pass!! Amazing business really recommend it.
TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS AND AVOID. TOTAL TIME WASTERS
if i could give this company -1 stars I totally would. I booked this intensive course just before the last lockdown was lifted as I had my theory test a few days after. I contacted them the day that I passed my theory and they told me that I would be allocated a day and an instructor. A week or so later I received an email of my test date and it was late august. When signing up for the course I had asked to have my test in May, so I checked the test availability and saw there was a May date available. I rang customer service to check that I was able to change the test and was assured that they would allocate me and instructor who had the available time slots to fit in my 30 hour course.
This is where it all went down hill. After that phone call, I heard nothing for weeks... Every time I rang in regard to my driving instructor, I was told that he would contact me soon or that they would ring me back by the end of the day with dates.... This never happened. I am now only a few weeks away from my test and still haven't been contacted by my instructor. I work full time so this is not ideal as I technically only have the equivalent of two weeks until my test in days off.
Waste of time
Lack of communication is appalling, I booked a course on July 1st 2020, paid over £200 deposit and I still am no further forward in the situation. I’ve emailed multiple times regarding my lessons and just never get a response, starting to think this is just a scam company. I completely understand that the pandemic has caused major back log, but after paying for a service you’d think they’d keep you updated and reassure you that everything is still going ahead. One excuse I got was they’re waiting for cancellations from my local test centre, however I’ve recently managed to book my test myself with no issues. The last time I heard from them was in October, after contacting them multiple times regarding an update. If you don’t contact them first, they will not bother to get in touch with you. Service is shocking and I would recommend just having a local instructor and have normal lessons. Absolute waste of time
I would give Intensives UK zero stars…
I would give Intensives UK zero stars if I could. Absolutely appalling service - by far the worse I have ever received. I naively thought I would ignore the negative reviews. I booked a course weeks before lessons could commence back on the 12th April 2021, I was told by two separate agents that there would be plenty of time to complete the course I paid for, after having some concerns regarding this - given my test is booked on the 10th May. (I have the transcripts to confirm this.) I received very little to no communication in the weeks following this, and as far as I was concerned everything was all on track. After receiving no communication - apart from one text to confirm my test time and one confirmation email - I contacted Intensives a few days before the lifting of the restrictions, as I had expected someone to be in touch. I was told that I would be contacted on the 12th April - once instructors were back to work. The 12th of April came and I heard nothing. I assumed there may be a slight back log, so left it until the 13th April to contact Intensives after still no communication whatsoever. I rang up and was given excuse after excuse and told that I would be contacted by an instructor by the end of the day, 2 days passed and still no contact from anybody. I was having to ring up myself each day to ask re the progression. I was constantly told that I would receive word from a instructor. Now, almost at the end of the week, I ring again, to be told that it is unlikely I am going to get an instructor and given countless excuses about Covid and instructors being busy. This was all completely to my surprise. Like I say, I was never told about any unlikelihood of not being assigned to an instructor who could take me before I booked, and was not told about any problems up until the point I pushed for transparency. I was told that the poor customer service was the result of Intensives being overrun with customers. My response to this was, "why are you taking on new customers when you cannot provide a reasonable customer service to your existing customers who have paid good money for a promised service." I believe I would have been strung along for longer, if I had not pushed for some sort of explanation. Extremely poor customer service, please do not make the same mistake I did. I am now a week into the lifting of restrictions, with no instructor and a test in a few weeks. If Intensives had properly communicated and been transparent, I would have had time to try and find an alternative. I was told I could make a formal complaint, however, there is no email on the website. Intensives will happily take your money and promise you the world and then feed you excuse after excuse, and blame other factors for their lack of transparency and professionalism.
Brilliant Customer Service
Amazingly helpful people on the phone, easy and simple to use.
Helped me pass my test very fast!!
Would definitely recommend :)
AMAZING SERVICE !!!
Really friendly people!! You can’t find customers service better anywhere!
Helped me sort my theory test out.
Really easy service to use and they recommend the best course for you.
Great experience
Great customer service through out. Excellent. 2nd intensive course much better than the other company I went to previously. Amazing help with both the theory and practical.
Waste of time
Don't bother with these jokers. They don't have any instructors they take your money then message instructors offering them peanuts to take you on. You're far better off contacting your local instructors and save yourself a fortune as the only instructors that will take on these courses are desperate instructors with no work. Any reputable instructor will have their own client base and book their own work.
Thank you for your reply, yes this is an honest review, I have asked you to remove me from your mailing list numerous times, yet today you have messaged me 3 times offering me intensive course for very little money buy the time travel etc is taken into account I would be earning £4 per hour and that excludes the cost of running my car! plus the intensive courses you have sold to your customers are with test dates that can't exist as they are before the earliest the government says test will resume, one was for 13th April and another for 14th the Government have stated that tests will not resume until 22nd of April at the earliest so why are you selling these courses knowing that the student won't be able to take the test?
Follow up this is an honest review, yes I would have been left with about £4ph after taking my costs out. As for honesty making out you have instructors in every area is not honest, you farm work it to instructors you have no knowledge of and don't care how good they are. Your customers deserve much better. I can see by your feedback that 80% gave you 1 star I can only presume the other 20% are fake reviews by yourselves. You should be ashamed

Paid my deposit and never got any…
I’m a key worker. Paid my deposit and never got any lessons, 6 months later. I realise there’s a pandemic but they could have let me know what’s happening which they didn’t. They only messaged me offering me a future date when I said I wanted a refund. What’s more they’d only give me a small percentage of my deposit back so I lost £80, AVOID!

Managed to pass my test despite Corona
Managed to pass my test despite Corona, they put me with a wonderful instructor who "spoke my language" and was super helpful. Fairly pricey, bit worth it if you want a test fast.

I passed my test a couple of years ago…
I passed my test a couple of years ago with Mark and I have to say, after having lessons with over 5 different instructors, Mark was the best instructor I had. He was so patient, so informative and put things to me in a way that helped me so much ( especially parking).
It took me just over 10 lessons with mark to then pass my test! I couldn’t recommend him enough! I’d give him more stars if I could :)

5/5 real honest instructing
5/5 real honest instructing, after my first go at learning to drive I felt like I would never pass, I booked an intensive pack and not only passed my test but also became a competent driver as well regaining my confidence on the roads. With a pragmatic and forthright attitude to driving I cannot recommend highly enough.
