Absolutely outstanding customer services. A huge thank you for setting the bar so high, with thanks to Nigel and the team at intralabs for their quick turn around and fixing problems that where the fault of shoddy couriers. Cannot recommended this company highly enough, they now have a loyal customer I won’t go anywhere else.

I always buy pink salt from Intralabs. Once because of the royal mail post issue in our area I didn't received my order as expected. Nigel sent me the replacement immediately with DPD.
I am always happy with the product. Now I need to leave feedback because I am also happy with the customer service and the communication.

My order arrived earlier than expected; unfortunately it arrived damaged but Nigel immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent. I understand that items can get damaged in transit and was not only impressed with the speed that my feedback was dealt with but also with how commitment they are in delivering an outstanding customer experience. I cannot recommend highly enough!!! I will definitely buy from them again.

Item didn't turn up from Royal Mail but a quick message and they sent a larger pack by next day delivery. You cant say better than that as it was not the companies fault the item did not turn up. Top drawer

Orderred 2kg of pink Himalayan salt from this company, the shipping was but when the package arrived the internal bag had a hole in it and the salt had spilled out.

i took a photo and contacted the company for a replacement, still havent heard back from them.

would never use again after such a poor effort on thier customer services!

Placed an order over the phone, was able to accommodate my request of having the magnesium split up into individual kg's rather than 10kg all together. Order exactly as described, great price, very happy!

The product purchased not "food grade" potassium bicarbonate or even potassium bicarbonate - it tastes sour and its appearance is like vitamin C/fine sugar (small granules), rather then a superfine white chalkish powder. Pure food grade potassium bicarbonate which I have used for the last 3 years is ALWAYS slightly salty and has a superfine white texture ,instead of granules like sugar or salt. This is its nature especially food grade potassium bicarbonate.
