I took out a premium subscription with Invoice Simple on 26-02-2026.
Subscription costs €204.99.
The costs were initially €55 per year.
Every year, the costs increase significantly.
You would expect top-notch service for that.
But unfortunately, that is not the case.
This is the third time in 3 months that the app isn't working again.
I am being asked to take out a subscription worth €204.99 again.
My subscription is not even 2 months old.
Contacted the technical team at Invoice Simple.
Their advice was to log out of the app and log back in.
And to restore the purchase.
That doesn't work at all.
Their solution: they are not providing any further updates.
What does it come down to?
Paid €204.99 for two months of misery.
And now I can't do anything at all with the app.
Which is a problem because I have to create and send invoices every day. This is costing me clients and causing me to get into trouble with my clients.
Customer service is brilliant, helped fast with the issues I’ve had. 10/10 from me.
I had some issues with the Invoice Simple App. I explained my concerns to a team member, let’s just say I was less than impressed with that agent. I continued my text message conversation and an Agent from a previous issue responded. Nigel was professional, respectful, informative and made sure the issue was addressed and seen through until it was resolved and I was satisfied. A duplicate experience like the first time.
Nigel is a true asset to your company and should be recognized as such! From a customer standpoint, he will be requested by me moving forward should a need arise. That is unless he is promoted in some capacity! Which I hope happens for him, not so much for me. (Being Sarcastic)
It does matter who you talk to, I just wish they (original agent) would have said it was beyond their scope and handed me off to another colleague that could address the issue. I would have had more respect for that agent.
I’m very satisfied now and will continue using this app and recommend this app to others looking for a business invoice solution.

About 11 o’clock at night I had a question regarding the invoice set up within minutes I had a real life person who gave me straightforward step-by-step directions to get my issues straightened out.
Absolutely impossible to get support from this company.
I’ve been a paying customer for years, and suddenly my account has been restricted without any proper explanation. Despite payments still being taken, I can no longer send invoices or even access my own data properly.
To make things worse, all I receive are automated responses (in Dutch), with no real customer support or resolution. I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch, but it’s like speaking into a void.
They’ve effectively locked me out of my own invoices while continuing to charge me — which is completely unacceptable for a service that businesses rely on.
If you’re considering using this platform, think twice. When things go wrong, there appears to be no real supportonly A.I that speak in a different language , no accountability, and no urgency to fix serious issues.

Where do I start.... No one will take ownership of the issue, all I keep getting is go speak with google support ... How is there not a team that liaises with Google support, I've been charged for 3 months consecutively on two different plans/subscriptions one being plus and the other one being premium. Both invoice simple and Google support say a a refund is valid as they can both clearly see that have been charged three months but no one can do a refund as it falls out outside of Google's supports policies and invoice simple don't do refunds at all apparently..... I've been a customer with invoice simple for the last four and a half years and I'm disgusted in the way that I've been treated as a customer.
I have used your system with great success. A few days ago my payments were not going through but the support team helped me greatly and solved my problem very fast. They communicated with me in such a simple way that my frequent "nerves" were littled and had everything flowing now. Thanks IS TEAM.

Absolutely horrendous. I’ve never used this company and somehow they’ve been charging my credit card every month. When I go to cancel they keep asking for me to go the my account or login to an app that doesn’t exist. They have no customer support via phone and they keep requesting the same thing over email and are not cancelling/refunding my charges. I have to go through Capital One to have my credit company dispute them.
