Decent app until… The AI features were great until the invoicing AI went away. The very large issue with this app is that I have many google reviews stuck within the app and will not transfer over to my google business. As any small businesses owners know, these reviews are hard to get and play a critical roll in business. I have contacted customer support for many weeks and they still have not replied with a fix.

I've been using Invoice Simple for many years. It does exactly what it says on the tin... Simple to use!
I don't want bells and whistles, this software meets my needs and is not expensive either.
Any problems, of which there a very few, have always been dealt with quickly. For example just today I found a glitch and it was repaired within 2 hours by Shawn (thank you Shawn)
I would highly recommend Invoice Simple.

I tried canceling my subscription a week before my renewal and they say I didn't do it right. You would thing a quality company would see the cancelation. Instead they charged me for another year.

Easy to use and transfer quotes into bills

Please read the reviews before you spend your money, the price is double than what they are stating on their website. I used the invoice one time, and then the second time that I tried to use it, they said that my invoice didn’t go through and they gave me a different price. I have a small business so I only use 1 invoice per month, but I won’t be using their services anymore and I will be disputing the charges on Monday with my Bank.

Making invoices simple to do makes it easier to generate estimates and invoices

I was happy with it but sudden price rises and now capped at 10 invoices per month unless you subscribe to a premium plan at a much higher price is an absolute joke
Looking forward to saying no thank you on renewal

wow what a mess, So you can only pay now ith a paypal business account WHICH i may add has an invoicing ability itsself!!! so why the hell would you then pay £19.99

I am disgusted that greed has ruined this app a price increase is expected, But 19.99 is daylight robbery, such a shame but now not being able to pay via google pay

Decent app. Appalling new pricing structure. I’ve had an annual subscription for years. This year, midway through my subscription, they capped my invoices at 10 per month, prompting me to upgrade to premium for more money. This is happening to everyone clearly and unless they sort it out they’re about to lose all their long term customers.

This was a great and affordable product for a small business and I have found it very useful but the price has almost doubled in the last three or four years and now they are limiting how many invoices I can create.

Very user friendly, easy to create, edit send invoices or quotes, easy to see a basic financial overview.

The basic package only gives you 4 invoices a month , really not cost effective

This resource has redefined my new small business. It has been able to provide the services I need in one simple location. I am glad I decided to pay for this service.

It’s just so simple to use and it does everything user-friendly, easy to manage tracks everything for you. It’s like an assistant.

I have been with them for 10 years and mid subscription they suddenly limited my invoices to 10 per month. I would have had to pay $199.00 to send more, they froze my account after I sent 10. I had always sent about 20 per week. Horrible way to do business and they wouldn't refund my half a year subscription, so they can change the subscription but I can't.

This was a great company and the payment was always quick and fast with no problems. They used paypal to get paid in the beginning and everything was smooth for years. Now they updated to strip and stripe takes a while to payout and will definitely hold your money ransom. Maybe they still need to work the kinks out, but its a headache now for customers to pay without being declined multiple times. It goes back to the saying, "if its not broke, dont fix it".
