2nd gold chain I have ordered from Ioka Jewelry. Good quality at less than 1/2 price of local jewelry stores and ships in 2 to 3 days. I can't imagine paying full retail when I only wait 2 or 3 days for same product.

I loved the look of these earrings and after shopping around these seemed like an excellent value. I have been disappointed with online purchases before- who hasn't ? I read and reread the description- measured my other earrings so I would have an idea of the size for comparison. Braced myself for delivery and WOW! They are exactly as described- maybe a little heavier and richer than I expected. LOVE LOVE LOVE- would definitely buy from this company again!

They sent the wrong size when I ordered a pair of hoop earrings. They didn't have the correct size in stock. They offered me the next size at a 10% discount but I wasn't happy with that price. I counter offer the discount and they made me very happy when they accepted my offer since it was not my mistake. The communication was excellent. Great customer service. The person that was in contact with me is called Shiro and treated me with kind and respect at all times. The jewelry pieces are beautiful. I definitely recommend it. The shipping was super fast. If you forgot to purchase someone's present and you need to arrive fast I would say order at IOKA website and you won't be disappointed. Both of my orders arrived in two days.

I had the most excellent customer service. Shiro is amazingly kind, knowledgeable of their beautiful gold chains & pendents. 2 day free shipping to me and on returns. Communication was easy by phone calls, texting, and with photos to help me decide exactly what I wanted. After my decision, with Shiro’s help, I’m happy to say I chose a solid 14k yellow gold Figaro chain 20” with cornicello horn, and a solid 14k yellow gold gorgeous flat curb 24” chain. Both complimented the solid 14k yellow gold Valentino 17” chain I already had from a prior estate purchase. All 3 look gorgeous together. I will be a return customer.
