When I ordered

When I ordered, the item was in stock with a 5-7 day shipment period. To my surprise, the item had to be ordered and took a long time to arrive. Also, at some point noone was responding to the questions that I was asking regarding delayed delivery.

Always keep the client informed

I am extremely satisfied with the product that I have purchased. It was decently priced. There was quite a delay in the delivery of the item (order was confirmed on 28/11 and I only received it on 13/12). I wouldn't have mind the delay if I was regularly updated on the obstacles in the process.

Communication was a major issue

Communication was a major issue. I never knew where my package was, when it would arrive, if they received my payment, or even if this website was a scam. I eventually received my package five days after they said it would be delivered. Overall, this was a terrible shopping experience, and I will not be using them again for future purchases.

I hope you're well and thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it as it enables us to improve on the grey areas as a business.

We've been experiencing some technical challenges with our phone line since Black Friday until yesterday the 17th of December and we've had an influx of emails and live chats to get to.

Of course, this is no excuse for not contacting or updating you on your order status utilizing other forms of communication channels, such as by email at least but it did not happen and we apologize for that. However, the phone line issue has now been resolved, and are now able to take phone calls.

On our side as iRobust Tech, we commit ourselves to improving our communication in the future to create a more peaceful and pleasant shopping experience.

Purchase of Nikon P950

Overall good, was kept informed of the delivery process. Only problem was communication. The phone line was always busy, could not talk to them. Of my emails their was only one reply. Stll waiting for reply on last one asking for copy of invoice.

No communication

I placed and paid for my order the 2de of Dec, as of date have not received anything ( 10 days later ). I've mailed a few time, no response, I phoned, can't get a person on the line. I have asked them to cancel the order and refund me as I'm leaving the country the Friday, no response, terrible horrific service. ( no service )

IRobust Tech - R14000 purchase. Not received after 8 days. No Service. No Response

First time I bought an item from this place. Ordered and paid on 2 Dec 2024. Didn't hear anything from them until I called on 9 Dec. They promised shipment on 10 Dec. No shipment notification on 10 Dec and no one answers emails or answers the phone. I really hope to get my item this week. But I will not recommend this supplier at all.

Update: They actually did deliver my item on 11 Dec. However the fact that they were unreachable and didn't answer emails or chats did make it a negative experience. They've acknowledged their shortcomings on my public reviews but still never responded to my emails.
It all worked out so perhaps I'll give them another chance next time.

Also, our deliveries take 5-7 business days and yesterday the 10th of December marked the 6th business day.

We've been experiencing technical challenges with our landline provided by our current service provider which led to an influx of emails disabling us from responding to emails and live chats on time, however, have now decided to port or migrate over to a new and reliable service provider.

We do take full responsibility on our side and will be getting extra hands on board the following year to resolve the lack of communication. This has affected us as a business, and you as our client, and apologize sincerely.

The worst online platform to use

These guys shall be stopped from doing what they do. The way they operate has nothing to do with normal online shopping / selling of goods.
After you purchase you receive email from store+29487464547 AT t.shopifyemail.com
If you intend using shopify you can do direct
iRobust does not have a working phone line and they do not attend to messages on the chat platform.
I feel being scammed and will see how far this will go.
6 days - no trace of goods or any communication

I owe to add here that my order arrived on the 12/12/24 and iRobust got engaged only after I posted this review. I requested a tax Invoice and was provided with a proforma. Seems like they are not VAT vendors. I hope I am lucky with the goods as I have very little faith in the warranty through iRobust.

Good stuff!

Overall, the service was very good. The only minor hitch was that information I sent to pass on to the courier didn't reach the person making the delivery and it failed the first time. However, this may have had nothing to do with iRobust Tech. The courier co. may not have forwarded the info. If that's excluded, my rating would be 5*. Many thanks!

Great service

It was nice to talk to someone who could understand me and answer all questions truthfully. Everything was explained in detail from the origin of the products right to delivery and guarantees. Service you rarely find in this country.
