I ordered as I found this site to have the lowest prices for the latches we needed. When we had an issue with the order (a manufacturing issue - not their fault) rather a long time after purchase, they were incredibly helpful.

Megan was friendly and efficient, making sure to offer a fast and suitable solution whilst they waited for the manufacturer to reply. I really appreciated this and would highly recommend shopping from this company with confidence.

Ordering was very easy on line and the stainless steel splash back arrived expertly packed and in excellent condition. It fits the wall behind my cooker perfectly and looks fantastic. I am very pleased and I can whole heartedly recommend this company. Thank you.

Brilliant service and quality product

Had what I needed when no one else did, sent out in good time. Postage wasn’t cheap but not unreasonable. Would buy again if needed.

It's always a lottery dealing with a Company for the first time and when my order didn't turn up on time I felt a bit anxious.
However, after an email querying my non- delivery I had a reply saying it had been lost by Royal Mail and another one would be posted immediately. I had the package the next day. Thank you Matt!

I placed an order (No:4000002764) with them on 25 May, with 1-2 Working Days Delivery.

However the order didn’t arrive in time. They don’t have a contact number to reach on, nor an online chat option. I sent them an email about it on 29 May. I received a reply from their E-commerce Executive , saying she had tracked the item and there were no scans from the Royal Mail about its whereabout. She wrote she would investigate as to where my order was.

However I did not hear from her again, nor did the order arrive.

I had put an important construction task on hold for a small thing which should have arrived by 27 May.

I wrote to her again yesterday, but no reply still.

Given the deadline for work completion, I wrote to her again this morning, for dispatch of fresh items by next day delivery.

No reply still!

Since I have to finish the work by tomorrow, I have now given up of them and ordered fresh with another vendor, paying extra for an overnight delivery!

I am now going to PayPal to reclaim the amount paid.

I won’t ever touch them with a barge pole! They seem to one of those unscrupulous businesses which can’t be trusted. Be warned while ordering as one could not only lose the money but more importantly time, due to items not arriving!

UPDATE: I didn’t receive any delivery from you and ended up ordering a second set of the same from Amazon! I didn’t realise it was you fulfilling the order until later. I tired to cancel the order, but it wasn’t possible and I will return the item for a refund. However I also realised it won’t arrive in time and went on to order the same from Ironmongery Direct, paying extra for overnight delivery. Ironmongery Direct were exceptional; as not only I could speak to them
over the phone but they delivered on the exact time they promised to. Diametrically opposite to my experience with you.

UPDATE: While I received many deliveries on 31 May, this item was NEVER received! I have gone on the Royal Mail Tracking Service and registered my comments about the non-receipt of the item in the feedback section! I have taken screen shots of this but unfortunately I can’t attach them on here.

We ordered stainless steel worktop protectors. They arrived swiftly, very well packaged and are excellent quality. Really pleased with them, thanks so much ironmongery now!

Great service with rapid delivery

Purchased all in 1 handle with privacy lock. 2 carpenters attempted to fit without success as no instructions included.

Ordered a second one (incase parts were lost by carpenters together with fitting instructions.

Instructions arrived quickly and handle fitted successfully.

Quick delivery and great product

Ordered 3 door handles to match existing ones.
These were a good price and were delivered on the scheduled date.
Would not hesitate to purchase again.

We were delighted to be able to source replacement kitchen handles from this company after our suppliers, namely Howdens advised they no longer stock them. This, only 4yrs since the kitchen was fitted new. They arrived well packaged and finished to a fine standard. Thank you.
