I ordered and paid for an ipencil. Royal mail say it has been delivered to an address in Addlestone when I gave my address which is in Northwich Cheshire. It was delivered there on the 13th July. I have emailed and called the dodgy mobile number that is given as contact and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left a message but have not heard back. This is a scam website do not spend your money here !

They are a scam, there is nothing sent and the support email is a fraud. Don’t buy anything from this shop. They took my money and didn’t send anything and decline to refund me.

Scam company! Advertise case for IPhone 13 Pro but sending pro max. No communication no replaying for emails. Report to my bank then and action fraud. Don’t buy anything from them. I wish I read comments before buy.

i ordered a phone case and it never came i have called them so many times and written so many emails with no replies. I’m still struggling on what to do because i want my money back!!!

I ordered a magsafe wallet for my Iphone, it was a great price and swift delivery too however upon opening, it was clearly a counterfeit product. The colour didn't resemble what I'd ordered in the slightest. Some of the details were different too, all in all, very poor.

Sadly, I've been unable to return this product and get my money back. Isnap have completely ignored all my communication efforts. I have emailed 4 times, text the whatsapp number 3 times and tried to call on many occasions.

Do not use this website, they are selling counterfeit products and advertising them as genuine. Absolute cowboys.

Bought an Apple Airtag. It is obviously fake. The inside looks nothing like a genuine airtag. The leaflet advises using a non Apple app. The quality is poor and it doesn't work with an iphone. Apart from that it's great!
Not recommended.

I was a bit unsure about buying from this company and after reading other customers review my suspicions were confirmed - the word counterfeit kept coming up. I was going to spend in excess of £130 so a great result. Thank you trust pilot.

Trying to chase for a refund and now email communication has stopped. I’ve left a voice mail too. I returned a case which I was advised and sent it recorded delivery and it’s been received and signed for but no refunds or response since 29th January

Fake apple items! Non existent customer service! Phone number disconnected! Address also non existent! Paypal has refunded me for the items i purchased.

Purchased a magsafe battery pack. Because they are one of the few sites I could find that still sells them today. Everything looks fine on the site, right? But when I received it, I realised that it was a complete fake. The packaging was very thin and the serial number was printed very faintly. It's not genuine at all. Don't buy from this company again. I don't see the shop on Google Maps either.

As per other recent reviews, this stuff is counterfeit. I bought a silicone case for an iPhone 12/12 Pro in Cypress Green. It is a decent counterfeit both in packaging and the case itself. The NFC works to display the green ring on the phone screen for example. However, I have a genuine one here in another colour and the give away is that the silicone strip above the lightning charging port is very thin and bendy on this counterfeit one and wouldn't last 5 minutes whereas on the genuine one it is thicker and sturdier and doesn't bend in the same way. I also paid with PayPal and have been refunded.
