i bought an 'Apple'MagSafe Battery Pack - packaging seemed to be fine and the serial number was recognised - however the actual product had a different Serial Number which was not valid! As i was informed by them the item is 'refurbished replica'... Anyway - they have issued the refund which was good, however i am not going to buy anything from them in the future!

Do not buy items these are fake ..
I purchased an apple wallet. and when attached to my iPhone showed error “This accessory is not supported with find me”
Did same on daughter’s iPhone.
These wallets are advertised as genuine apple product that will connect to Find Me.
Isnap 4u never answer the phone and have ignored 2 emails requests for return and refund..
Thankfully used paypal to buy, and got refund via them.

This site's brilliant
This site's brilliant, innit? Proper amazing. I was well chuffed with how they talk to ya, like. So, my parcel was a bit tardy, right? Gave 'em a shout, and boom, they hit me back in 5 minutes flat with a blower call, asking if there were any snags. Sorted me right out, they did, and even chucked back the £7 extra I forked over for next working day. Got me Apple Pencil swift as a whippet.
Now, I was a bit nervy, reckonin' if it's some knockoff or the real McCoy. Quick trip to Apple, and the shop blokes gave it the nod – proper genuine, mate. iSnap 4u, they're proper trustworthy, like a proper good cobber.
Cheers for your graft, I'll definitely be back, no doubt.

Counterfeit Apple products
I purchased a Apple iPhone fine woven wallet from this company - it came to me in an Apple box and was advertised as genuine Apple device, it wasn’t it was counterfeit albeit a very convincing counterfeit, it wouldn’t connect to my ‘find my’ app. I contacted the company both through email and phone for a refund with no reply - thank goodness I payed with PayPal. Got my money back through PayPal. Do not buy anything from them it’s counterfeit.
